Whats Lying on your Workbench MK IV

The only danger is overheating, fundamentally there's only one moving part. -

The other issue with steppers is that if there's inertia, they can coast part their desired position (in addition to friction stopping them short). Though I suppose you can use hard-stops rather than limit switches with them. -
Looks pretty good so far.

Oh yeah, now ¥13556 for 2 shipped on my order, down from ¥16200

Captain Marvel, in theaters Mar. 8, 2019

Also I suspect that a key ingredient to getting a well received comic book movie, is to put out bad previews, let people complain, and have it fixed in the actual film.- 213 replies

Part of it's just that it's an easy way to demonstrate someone's gear is "high-tech" (see: Starlord, Iron Man, Black Panther).- 213 replies

Not a big fan of the whole "stick a boatload of swords on it" theme they've been doing since 00. Also, at least the Red Frame Kai's sword did some interesting things.

Pretty much, that's about what I paid for a new Miria, shipped, from Hobby Search.

They will, make sure you've chosen English as your language (so you can find the option) and look around the various drop-down menus to change the country.
-
Yup, now under ¥15,000 for 2 shipped via DHL. Hell-yeah.
-
You are correct, mis-remembered. And they beat everyone else hands-down on shipping.
-
FYI, Amazon.co.jp does not charge tax for international orders, so only ¥7,400 (¥1200 shipping for 1, ¥1800 shipping for 2)
-
Got 2 actually from Amazon, ¥1800 for DHL to California for both. And now I can go back to other things.
-
Amazon will ship internationally, got one from them.
-
Eh, don't have a nin-nin account, so I'll have to get elsewhere. Not a bad price though.
-
Well, the VT-1 came with 4 figures, so VF-1S might come with Roy, Hikaru, and Misa?
-
2 computers plus a phone ready to order. Btw, anyone else just ignoring Hobby Search anymore? Their pre-orders barely last seconds...

In the manga, she's called "octopus lips" by at least one person, they should have gone with that. I suspect it was just a (poor) choice to make it seem more anime-eqeue, as well as to make her seem more offputtingly artificial.

I've got the SV-262 in all 3 modes, and it's a terrific way to display the SV-262. The proportions look good, but you can tell they're not accurate if you look closely. I actually prefer the thinner wing look on the -262 fighter. I just wish it held together a bit better, but frankly that's the Gerwalk/Battroid design rather than anything Tomytec did.

Got home just in time to catch the mailman...who didn't have it. Turns out they have a separate person to deliver priority stuff, and they showed up at 10am when nobody was around to sign. Grumble.

I'm not surprised, with a few exceptions the kits are available for clearance prices. It's a shame, the fighter models are quite nice, but the rest are overly expensive and not very good (aside from the painting).

Mine shipped from CDJ via EMS (for 17,800 yen, ouch) and is arriving today. Looks like I should have asked about shipping it FedEx or DHL...
