  1. I've got half of those (the 25S battroid/gerwalk and the Monster). They're quite well detailed/painted considering the cost. The Monster even has nose art. Really want to find the Q-Rau ones.
  2. Also good idea to whitelist their email, so it doesn't happen again.
  3. FYI, they showed off Chuck's valk at the same show as the VF-31 "armored" pack.
  4. I remember getting a "special edition" one for free in a tin at Fanime one year. I think it was a Miria 1J with metallic coating?
  5. They need to announce the next one soon, I gave one to a friend so I'm back down to only being able to show off 2 modes.
  6. I personally won't mind a 6month break, after the beating my bank account took from the DX VF-1J, DX VF-19, and all the Delta stuff. (Plus the Metal Build Gernsback and such).
  7. Can't be from NY, as they didn't ever (to my knowledge) ship them out in the Tamashii shipping box.
  8. Picked up a HLJ shipment yesterday, including my last DX VF-1J.
  9. I actually prefer the lighter panel lining on this one, the lines themselves are deep enough to show even without lining. Black just seems a bit too much to me.
  10. They fixed it, listed at ¥25,000 at checkout for me.
  11. I kinda want to make one like that, but for the Roy VF-1S.
  12. I only have 2 Yamato 1/48s anyway (VF-1A Hikaru and Low-Vis 1A).
  13. I see you are a man of culture as well.
  14. I had a similar problem, I think it's actually due to limited wrist articulation and the gigantic gun (with gigantic back fin). Essentially the gun needs to tilt up at the back over the forearm in most poses, and that tilting up unlocks the grip.
  15. They're all correct, to *something*.
  16. Obviously the gun has an E-Ink display on each side, so it can change the orientation of the markings dependent on mode. Realistically, I prefer when it's right-side up in fighter mode.
  17. Had the exact same issue on one of mine. Emailed them, got a response back, and they shipped me the cover to install. I'd say give them a few days, and if they haven't responded poke them again.
  18. Only single-use or disposable plastics, at least as far as I'm aware. Figures and the like fall under "durable goods". [edit] Also IIRC some of the main changes for color resistance to UV are in the pigmentation, rather than the plastic.
  19. Additives/formulations to resist aging and UV exposure. Similar to how paint on new cars vs old cars is much more resistant to being outside.
  20. Not unless I leave them outside, or at cat accessible levels of the shelving.
  21. Well, time to rain on the parade: It's a modified PP-27 Optimal Optimus: https://www.bigbadtoystore.com/Product/VariationDetails/70391
  22. Honestly, it shouldn't be an issue with modern plastics. Even my white Gundam models don't turn colors. They just get dusty.
  23. You need to buy it and transform it, so we can see what the heck it turns into.
