    It's a bit smaller than 1/72, going by my 1/72 Bandai. Might be around 1/100? 1/120?

    Panel lines don't bug me too much. I'm mainly hoping for better engineering: a more durable figure that holds together well and doesn't sag.

    Pics of the early prototype from TagHobby: On the whole, I'm in for this, hopefully they've learned some things from the VF-31 1.0-1.3 and incorporate improvements. Also, hopefully, the girls aren't just generic girls in swimsuits. Probably will be though.

    So, just wondering, anyone know how reliable gkgundamkit is? I ordered a Kshatriya from them, on the 28th, and no movement on it.

    ...You seem to be under the misapprehension that if they didn't make one HMR toy, they'd make another instead. More likely they'd just make a Robot Damashii or other line using those production resources entirely. It's not like Bandai's manufacturing has a subset designated only to make HMR stuff. It's all injection molding, painting/tampo, metal castings, and assembly regardless of if it's RD, HMR, DX Chogokin, Metal Build, or several other Bandai toy lines.

    Yeah, glad I missed out from HLJ and had to go to Amazon Japan instead, the extra cost is worth actually getting it.

    Missed out on NY, but frankly I'm fine paying more to get it from Amazon Japan (via Tenso), just because NY takes so long to ship anything.

    I'm not planning to, and I'd be wary of trying to do so with 3D printing given the material strength and tolerances required for such small articulated parts.

    I can put up pictures later, I have the (ridiculously oversized) Reaction Missiles from the 171 on my VF-1J. Where they still look oversized.

    I'm more likely to get it without the tampo, because it looks better to me without all that added junk. The scheme is busy enough already with just the striping.

    It ought to, my VF-171 stores fit. They most likely won't hold on all that well though.

    Well, there's the 1/6000 DYRL SDF-1 that was teased, non-transforming but based on the line ought to have plenty of gimmicks.

    Well, that blows pretty hard. HLJ needs to get their site in order, not only is it slower than before the switch (and the advanced search is missing), it's still having issues over-selling pre-orders.

    Are they at least giving you guys a 10% off coupon? Like they did with the aile strike and whichever 31 was on the same pre-order night?
