    I just assumed it was because the 31a has larger canards. Like how the hair was because the 31a has one eye.

    Any thoughts if the GBP might get announced before the next variant? Seeing as it's the add-on that'd go with the VF-1J.

    Looks good, I just started on the -31a over the weekend, doing the detail and stripe painting on a part-by-part basis before assembly is drawing it out quite a bit. I did completely give up trying to do a 2-tone paintjob for the grey, and am sticking to grey/white/black plus details.

    I'd totally buy one of those if they were painted/finished. I like the black/white schemes more than the one the actual figure was.

    They don't request payment, they charge your listed payment method just before it ships, and if that doesn't go through they email you to fix it.

    For springs, I have ordered replacements for my PG Wing Zero, but I don't have any chunkies. Got them off of McMaster after taking measurements, and ordered a couple different spring strengths to try.

    The screws are almost assuredly metric, probably M3 or M4 (3mm or 4mm outer diameter).

    As someone who watched Love Live and Delta, there is no comparison to the amount of character building between the two series. The Walkure girls apart from Freya are just tropes pasted together, with very little depth. The fact they all sound the same doesn't help. They should have given each character an arc with at least 3 episodes, or maybe 2 if they got some important roles in the arcs of others. Frankly I'm surprised that the Walkure music group is getting as much attention as it is, but I guess that's more about the music than the characters.

    I find it amusing that Delta was pretty much a Walkure advertisement, but figures of them are scarce, while Ranka and Sheryl are still being made even now.

    That's a shame, but understandable. With 1/100 everyone bought a bunch, but people will be less willing to have multiples for 1/60, especially with more expensive valks.

    I'm expecting fighter mode from a space-saving perspective. Unlike the VF-1 or VF-2SS it's so deep front-to-back because of that wing-shoulder section. The box would probably have to be twice as large for battroid.

    It had better come with something, or have quite the gimmicks considering it's priced higher than a super-pack HMR, around where the VF-2SS was (and that has a huge amount of extra stuff).

    It's listed as approx 9" long, which puts it at about 1:60 scale.

    No problem, I forgot about it entirely until I got the CDJ email about new Bandai stuff.

    That's a reissue of the Bandai Chogokin Swordfish. I got one as well. I hope the GoodSmile one is complete and properly weathered, as the Bandai one looks a bit too "clean" for Cowboy Bebop.

    Well, looks like the Amazon.jp price has started going back up. Now at 10% rather than 12%.

    It's always interesting to see what size the box will be. This looks a bit more standard sized than the loooooooooooong vf-2ss box.

    Pretty much. I have an 0D already, but I still want one that I don't have to worry about the legs falling off with. Plus that weathered finish looks great.

    Just got in my pair of Flight Unit Leos. It's nice they have so many colors. 3x blues, 2x greys, black, plus the sensor and beam sabres.

    Wow, gotta make up for all those they got to fulfill orders I guess? There's still one unopened at Mandarake for only ¥58,000 btw. Also opened ones for ¥55,000 and ¥65,000 though.

    If you want some, I've got a bunch I've been planning to sell (YJA lot, don't need that many). Just haven't gotten around to listing them yet. Both the Kaiyodo/Movic ones (full series 1&2), and some Bandai Fighter Collection stuff.
