    Well, there's always the option to display in fighter mode. All the weight's on the tabs rather than the joints.

    Honestly, it might just have the tampo included. The VF-0D normal version already had things like the cockpit displays tampo'd, the PF seems to be adding even more markings and that awesome weathered paintjob.

    They ought to all be about the same (EMS/FedEx/DHL), since Yahoo Japan isn't shipping internationally (Yahoo Japan is cheapest if they do). HLJ is the easiest to combine shipping across multiple orders.

    So, looking at the promo art, it looks like the mid-wing hinges are pretty huge this time around, and hopefully tight/with detents to keep things in place. I also noticed that the wing-body hinge has a nice blocky shape that ought to keep it from sagging there as well.

    Right, I've got one on order with Amazon.jp and HLJ both. I'll just cancel one of them later. If Amazon ships international on it, it'll be an easy choice though.

    The fact it's still worth even $100, with a $400 new version coming out and all that damage, gives me hope the Arcadia ones will sell decently enough.

    Well, there's an open-used-joints loose/cracked Ivanov at Mandarake for ¥20,000. So at least the price doesn't seem terrible relatively if it really is better plastic/articulation/no sagging wings.

    If you're still making decal sheets, I'm still in. If there's not enough interest in it to be worth the printing run, then I'm good going with the Max Factory set.

    Well, I'll be buying that, plus the PF VF-0D. And not much else during that timeframe.

    It was a real deal during Nippon Yasan's "free shipping" promotion, since that cut off about 1/3rd of the cost.

    I think that's smaller. The Gerwalk is listed at 400mm tall and 600mm wide (according to the box sitting on my coffee table). Kit is stupid expensive, cost almost as much as my PG Phenex, when you include the $150 in shipping.

    I only watched DYRL for the first time a few months back, whereas I watched robotech in the late 80s. Watched it right after doing a re-watch of the entire SDFM TV show, and DYRL was worlds better. Better plot, better animation, didn’t feel like slapping both Minmei and Hikaru constantly...

    Must be assuming the buyer won't open it up to check or something. Or hoping it gets destroyed in shipping and he can collect the insurance.

    Nope, apparently DYRL is the big one over there. Which explains why the Arcadia and Yamato 1/3000 SDF-1s are DYRL rather than TV, and the DYRL valkyries are more common releases.
