  1. What I'm really waiting for is to see how similar Chuck's color is with the Sylpheed armor.
  2. The new version will fit on 2-seater valks (VT-1, VE-1, VF-1D).
  3. I dig it, but the fact the miniguns aren't wielded, but just carried and deployed as turrets makes me willing to skip this one.
  4. Honestly, Yamato probably used a coating rather than a film.
  5. I'm just glad I'm on the west coast, midnight PO madness is much nicer than 3am PO madness.
  6. The ones that shipped in styrofoam trays, they taped the cardboard top down all around the periphery of the styrofoam. The VF-31 figures and VF-1 don't have that anymore.
  7. So, my dad's actually seen something he couldn't identify, while he was out flying his Cessna. It had lights, and was more or less immobile, and then suddenly shot straight upwards (which means realistically, it was on a constant bearing, rather than constant position). Could have been a drone, most likely a powerful one due to the speed he said it moved upwards at.
  8. This has reaffirmed my decision to not sell things via eBay.
  9. Now can we get an MG Space-type Pale Rider?
  10. Brush will probably work well, since they're small imperfections.
  11. Only suggestion I have is to try and do some cleanup on the legs where the white/green meet, there's some unevenness. Otherwise it looks great so far!
  12. I only have 2 1/48 Yamatos (well used VF-1A Hikaru, and a good condition VF-1A Low-Vis), so still on the Bandai train.
  13. FYI, Gentei Kits currently has the two Metal Build add-ons (Caletvwlch and Flight Pack) for cheaper than Nippon Yasan. ¥8937 for the flight unit ¥6187 for the Caletvwlch Gentei Kits is a legit seller, I've bought a bunch of stuff through them.
  14. Paging @sh9000
  15. I'm going to be brutally honest here for a second: DAMN that's one of the ugliest ships I've ever seen, Star Trek or otherwise.
  16. Cool, front flap confirmed.
  17. Might try replacing the glass shelves with plexiglass or other higher-strength transparent plastic? I totally feel you about having things on display, though I'm dreading the hours it's going to take me to pull out, transform, pose, and armor up all my figures that went back in their boxes for the move.
  18. Those are ammo cans, the boxes looked more like wooden ammo crates, which usually have 1000+ rounds each.
  19. They are not for real bullets, they're much too small to hold the amount listed of 7.62 NATO.
  20. Got an email from Amazon Japan, apparently there's a slight delay on the Arcadia launch arm stands. Delivery date 7/9-7/12
