Well if he has been wounded so many times would ya not think it would have got to him earlier? If ya watch it, Roy has not been wounded much or at all in battle, or was he, watch it and tell me if I missed something. Because anything before that fight I did not see Roy get hurt at all, and his Valkyrie looks brand spanking new everytime. Is it me that i missed something or is it the animation? Seriously though, I would not continue my life with constant pain 24/7 it would be impossible for me to live, I would go to the hospital to get treated if if Im John Wayne or not. I did not see bleeding either, ya think people would have noticed? Why was that even mentioned... I think it was just something jammed in his body, and it finally got to him internally at that moment. great topic. Everyone a work knows I collect these and I get the typical response. My family (Father Mother Brothers Sister) ask how much? The cool part is I've been buying stuff for years. Its not a suprise to them. The only difference here is that this is Macross and beats/out classes everything I've ever collected. edit: some times I get this one ... So you gonna sell these too? or You gonna give these to your kids? or this winner - How much money did you spend? My answer is NO i got these for me. I may get rid of other stuff but not the Valks. had this come out as a 9 inch figure it would have been a definate addition to my collection. Why 9 inch? Well as great as 12 inch figures are, size does matter when considering display space and cost. I have a rather large collection of 9 inch marvel characters. the marvel figs were originally about $15 each. they didnt have much in terms of accessories but i certainly would have paid 20 a fig if they had more to offer like helmets weapons and what not. yeah I know apples and oranges. I hope this sells well. i'd like to see the rest of the line.

why dont they put on old shows from the Seventies Eightys instead. thats what most current adults will remember from their child hood. No i dont want to see re-runs of Pee Wee (that was just odd) or the Smurfs or my little pony. Yes i saw when they had the Gary Coleman show and Chuck Norris and the Karate Commandos as well as the Mr T show. Not top pics in my opinion. They could run Tranzor Z or the cartoon version of Tarzan or something else. Maybe they just need to do a vote of what people want. i need to check their site. other than Robot Chicken i dont really bother with the rest of the shows. they could put on more anime and stop reruning Full metal alchemist. FMA is not bad show but what else is on? my two cents : if aint broke dont fix it. yes i'm relatively new. and not partial to jumping in to something that I didnt start. however here i go. I like the fact that the focus of this forum is Macross in all its forms. and the occasional addition of other topics such as the the recent world cup was nice. I dont consider this forum a place to discuss world politics or the current fad or some other non-Macross related event to the exclusion of all things Macross. i realize your not asking that Macross play second fiddle by allowing an Off topic section. the Anime SCi fi section already is the Off-topic section to some degree so why add another. If you want to discuss the lates technology then theres a thread for that if want to talk about cars great go ahead if you want talk other mecha then excellent. if you want to discuss the global economy and how it relates to the production of macross toys by all means do so , moives great . Thats non-Macross related to some extent. I dont see the need to have another off topic section. This fourm works because of its focus on Macross. And with that i'm out.

I never read the comics I may do that. Not sure. Perhaps someone will consider making a movie showing how the VF1 came to be. Perhaps the UN Spacy forces did know more about the impending arrival of aliens to earth. this combination may make it interesting as well as the global wars that happened in the backdrop after the SDF-1 crashed. I know mac Zero touched on the Global Wars, i just dont think they went into it enough. I guess i just cant get enough Macross.

that kind of neat looks like he took a MR FX and changed it. allthough he could have used a LED to light it up. I'm building my first saber. I'm using a maglite as the handle/hilt and after modifying that i'll add a 3 watt luxeon plus some aluminum and plastic parts. I may add sound although I'm not about any possible complications that may pop up. I may post pics as things move past the design stage. edit: sp

By that i mean, were they hand picked for the jobs or did they volunteer or perhaps it was just random. Gloval at the begining of the Tv show wasnt all that enthusiastic about being in the parade. Obviously not a show-boater or in need of approval like the Mayor. I'm not a huge of fan of Pre-quels but seeing something show up between Macross Zero and SDF-1 would be ok, I think.
