    One time could be a fluke. The biggest problem with the whole thing is that the designer had enough pull to leave it off. Certainly interesting.

    I love the transformation of the Yammie and the gerwalk is the best. What I like the most is how they included the retractable panels to hide gaps in battroid and reinforce stability in gerwalk. I like it's leg and ankle articulation, particularly for gerwalk, the best of any of other Yamato, as well.

    they went way too far with how advanced the VF-0 was, but also with the SV-51, as well. They should have kept it a "period" piece and maybe had the sort of technology we'd see in the ATF (YF-23/YF-22) not the near Macross Plus level technology. My biggest nitpick was always the VF-19 crystal-style FLIR sensors. If they were going to do a Macross reboot, I imagined we'd be all VF-0, though.

    Yeah, I'd want hardpoints on the wings for the RMS, as well. Ideally, they'd be very subtle so wouldn't be visible if they were removed. I'm thinking F-35 / F-22 external ordinance/tanks. IOW, more like slots with optional covers than the holes on the VF-1.

    Hm, well considering the price of 1/60 FAST Packs and GBP, I think about 8000 yen would be reasonable enough. 9800 yen is MSRP and probably more than a little inflated. Even sale prices are usually above that 8000 yen mark, so I'd agree more than a little overpriced. I'm not really interested in the Sound Booster. They were cool enough in the anime for what they did, but never been as eager for the toy. Course, I still need to get a Fire Valk and DO want one of those, though.

    Dayum, great pics ff. Making me really regret not getting that good evilbay price I saw. Same seller has sold though a couple times: first at $240+45 shipping, then $260+45 shipping, now $280+45 shipping. Guess I'll be waiting for a sale.

    Hell yeah! 1A and 1J heads in the same package would be dope. I'd probably get 3 And this! I still want a hybrid of DYRL and SDF (mostly DYRL design and detail with TV arms and TV colors). Include the ARMD's as originally intended.

    Just checked. Episode 22 is the last time Gamlin is in his VF-17D. I don't see him in a valkyrie in a quick skim of Ep 23. Diamond Force is assigned to City 7 in Ep 24 and Gamlin is patrolling in the VF-17S (and joined by Dick and Morry later on).

    Someone already got the other one, too lol. Glad to hear he's reputable, even if it seems that he ships kinda slow. He's got good prices on VF-19S and VF-19 kai, too.

    crosszgundam on evilbay. Seems to have a decent rep. Says 2 available. Anyone have experience with him? Ah delivery estimate says Jan 18-31. Thats' a long time. Worth the discount? $284.98 shipped to US. Am I supposed to be doing this here? I was wanting to click but a bit paranoid about evilbay.

    What's the going rate in Hong Kong? Looks like the best price I'm seeing on evilbay is about $280 shipped.

    Episode count would probably be pretty close. He has the 17D until at least Deathmatch at Planet Lux (after Kinryu gets jacked up by Sivil, Milia was flying Kinryu's VF-17S). I'd guess the earliest he could have been put in charge of Diamond Force assigned to City 7 with Dick and Mory was Ep 27 or 28? No wait, he tells them to cover Kinryu in the VF-11C, so it was at least an episode or two before that.

    That gunpod is the best.evAr. Though could still use a bayonet.

    Ideal situation for me would be kites and diamond force tampo printed. This is explicitly a Macross 7 Diamond Force model, though. Include a sticker with a plain backing to cover the kite for those that want to put on NUNS stickers or what not. Kit version and/or generic repaints for those that don't want any markings.

    Agreed, not enough options. I would prefer a toy but not at any price (beyond $250 or so is a no-go) but I would get a kit for $200'ish as long as it's like the VF-1 injection molded, instead of HDP (much less resin).

    I have the 11B. The pilot is in my YF-19 FP, though so it will stay in battroid unlike most of my other valks which are always displayed in fighter (only other exception if the Brera VF-27). While I usually prefer low-viz schemes, I always wanted 2 or 3 VF-11C, though. Like the Fast Packs better. My ultimate VF-11 would be a true low viz scheme (lighter ghost grey) with the B gunpod and C FAST packs.
