If nobody does it I will cut up a set of my own and volunteer them for casting.... Hopefully someone will beat me to it. I think they can be made with minor effort using existing feet but I may be wrong. I have incorporated the foot bevel already. Now just slice the innards out and use some styrene strips and VOILA....

Well it is ultimatley a wax/polish not paint. So it will wear off easier IMHO. I only use it for canopies and as a top coat, NOT as a base coat for decals.

Well, I too would like the lineart accurate feet but the only source I know of for them was Fulcy and he's retired, right? As for the thighs... Not sure what advantage casting would do for you. HOWEVER... If you send me some thigh parts and Bic Pens I will make them for you. LOL

How much does it move in the animation? Guess fore/aft is all we get..... Hmph....

I have done the fore/aft foot mod but cannot think of one that will work side to side. My concern is more with side to side vs. fore and aft... Wish I could solve this one.

The only Fulcy pics I have are these... It doesn't appear to add much flex to the foot..... Not enough for the aggressive A stance I am using in my Valks...

I don't trust the durability of the Future though. It does not bond to the surface the same way a paint-based clear coat does... So if you plan to handle the thing much... Caution...

SAND EVERY SINGLE PART THAT MOVES and sand it with VIGOR. Otherwise you will be scraping paint.

Best bet with stuff like that is to gloss coat the thing, put them on, use decal setting solution, gloss again, THEN dull coat...... Don't use Testors Dullcote on white or it will turn yellow.......

Yeah getting that thing to swivel laterally is going to be a b*tch...... I am completely out of my league trying to solve this problem. Nothing comes to mind. Maybe a spring of some sort........ Thinking out loud here.....

This isn't the mod I am looking for though. Didn't Fulcy do one that allowed the feet to move laterally so they stood flat when the legs were flared out? I have done this foot mod and it didn't add much to the toy's poseability in my opinion... It wasn't a waste of time necessarly, but it just didn't do much...

Thanks bro. It works even better than my previous mod. It also allows you to remove the leg should you need to for storage or maintenace.... Or just to make the think look like it crashed.

I am always interested in 1/55 parts. I am building a house with a third garage bay so I will have a dedicated 1/55 customization facility. Come March I will be ramping up production of my customs. I have no idea why other than the fact that I love them.

I don't have any foot mods that I am willing to try yet. I am not confident they will hold up so I haven't implemented them. KidKorrupt has one and there are others... Even without the foot mod the thigh mod looks awesome.

Hahahaha yeah that came out wrong. 1/55 modders unite indeed!!! This is the easiest method to convert a 1/55 leg that I have seen and it works GREAT.
