I thought like so many others that after seeing the series, the Dr that was/is killed in the first episode was the Ganger Dr. But obviously the writers are well ahead of us on that. So I guess with that in mind they will have a suitable twist for us to see when they complete that story arc. The other alternative is he does die and they can the series on its 50th aniversary.

Yeah the fixed pose ones are streets ahead of the TFmable ones. All the Tfmable ones I have are permafixed as fighters. Best mode for the sculpts IMO.

Remake of a remake then ...... OMG Hollywood have dropped the ball and lost it in the hedge.

Cha ching !! gonna need to get me some of these

I bought all of them years ago mostly in Japan where they were Y200, build is not so bad on some of them though but the $18 price tag quoted a few post up is insane. Gave all my duplicates to my brother, he stuck them to his monitor at work

Seeing as they are selling the concrete doughnut (Television Center London)because times are hard who knows, just as likely to sell the rights to the show to some obscure satellite channel that only subscribers of some uber package on Sky can watch to make a few quid to allow them to pay some overweight over paid presenter of some day time tosh. Then they'll just force all of us to download it from torrent sites like so many other shows.

I hope with the next episode after the mid season break that they do actually tie up the end of story from the last episode and not just jump in as if it never happened or just got resolved off screen. I want to say more about the episode but fear of spoilers due to some of the syndicated t.v channels in other countries wont haw shown it yet, I am gonna hold off. One thing though. <Insert bad guys names> Don't mess with Rory the Roman, eh!!

I consider my self as one of the 30 or so.... I didnt hate it but there were several parts where I thought WTF and WHY!!!. That said I'd watch still every now and then. I just skip those sections I hate... University scenes for example, totally not needed IMO. -

I was thinking this could end up being the Transformers equivalent of Empire Strikes Back, Dark and the popular fan favorite -
I can remember watching it in the 70's with the latter Jon Pertwee and then Tom Baker and literally ducking down behind the sofa on one or two episodes, cant say I'd do that now, but at the same time kids of today need to experience that kinda thing. Everyone is so politically correct and afraid of law suits or up setting people that they'd rather tame something down than scare kids. Still like it though after all these years. I do think the writing is at times a lot more intelligent this series so far, you get a real feeling that they are gearing up for something big just like they did with the BadWolf arc

Plenty of non Macross World web sites are also reporting on it we can blame >EXO< for that. Maybe it was the S.D.M.P ( Super Dimensional, Macross Police ).

What you really need to ask is will it fit in your casting pot ? Or do you need to build a new one first. I think 1/400 would make it about right, when you look at other large scale ships from various SciFi's most seem to top out at a max of 18" long. I know there are a few exceptions though. For example the MPC kit of the U.S.S Cygnus works out to be 2 foot long and they missed out a section of the hull which when reproduced makes it about 28" long. You need some where special to store that baby.

But like Schrödinger's cat would it be white or grey if you put it in a box ?

Ahh !!! poo gonna have to get me one of those -
I'd sooner they just release on blu ray the versions as is and not spend cash making an uber cherry on top with whipped cream version, to sell 2 years from now. Go spend the cash on film 7,8 and 9 that's what the fans really want afterall. Take what you have learnt from the cash cow that is eps 1-6 and get going with the rest of it. Before any more of the actors involved in are dead, CGI actors are so expensive to do right.
-
Well I was gonna say digital cammo, but seeing as how I got beat to it how about a Minmay Guard GBP scheme.
-
Looks like disc 7,8 and 9 will be of most interest to me.

Looks like this may be the last film to use a space shuttle in as by the time it hits the theatres, STS135 will have been and gone. Travesty is the shuttle is still the best vehicle for the job. Oh but don't worry NASA are gonna hitch rides on the Soyuz instead, isn't it's basic design older than the Shuttle IIRC. -
Holy Cow, it's awesome

Things suddenly got a lot more rosier in the Bay-verse. Could this end up as a not bad flick.
