Realistically, judging from the timeframe of the VF-19 from Yamato, it was shown at the Wonderfest in July 2010 and was released for purchase in May 2011. So, using that information, I'd say it's likely going to be released sometime around April/May of next year. Which is good because this beast's looking to be EXPENSIVE.

It's badass how arcadia and Mr. K. are using social media so much more than Yamato to show fans glimpses of what's to come. Yamato was pretty secretive.

I hope that the macross kite is tampoed, I remember having a hard time lining up the kites on the neck area

Can someone post on their Facebook a plea to change the canopy color and to verify if the stripes are being tampo printed or if they're decals? I would but I don't have Facebook.

Holy cow! Removable intakes!!! I live how Arcadia is sooo much more upfront with their releases than Yamato! They really seem to show a lot of enthusiasm for their releases

I know it's still in its early stages, but so far, every picture of fighter mode shows it's lacking the black stripes down the fuselage and the wings. I hope to see a rendering of what it looks like in full details and colors.

I love how the calves look wider, more in line with what it looks like in the anime. Hopefully either they bring back the ratchet ankles or they improve on the ball joint ones.

Maybe it's making mountains out of molehills, but after zooming in, I see hinges on the tail fin as well as the lower fins. Makes me lean more towards this being a PT than merely a fighter mode toy

The first article: It says that Arcadia is making more macross toys and this will have about 11 types of gimmicks. No mention of it being transformable, yet (fingers crossed)

Mr. K personally wants to redo the ones made before he came on board. Also he wants to try SV-51 (his first product) one more time. And YF-19! He wants to make the YF-21 renewal version if they can solve some of the problems they had before (and with permission - by boss? or license?) Please keep loving Macross!!~ I wonder if the "with permission" line was a clue to this whole business restructure/name-change thing...
