Better them finding out parts break at the factory and correctly it rather than consumers finding out afterwards

If it were pure white it'll look great glossy, but the fact that it's the tan color it is, I think gloss would make it look like it's a shiny caramel candy bar or something. Matte all the way

Who knows what the sample looks like in person. The lighting in test shots are affecting it and are making it seem brighter than it is. This is the same sample and it looks really tan/yellowish...almost too much so.

I don't believe so, I'm presuming it's this sample transformed in battroid Earlier in this post, Mr. K. Stated they were going to darken the color of the gunpod

We're going off photos that show various tints and shades. Arcadia has the physical specimen in front of them, I trust their judgement and they seem really adamant about getting everything just right.

Looking more at the pics of the gunpod, it looks like they got the color of it pretty accurate. I was checking my this is animation books and watching the film, and it looks like it's an even match. Even the back of the gun is colored appropriately.

Just nabbed 2 of these from HLJ, went with FedEx (first time with this method). Any pros or cons compared to EMS?

I prefer HLJ over any other company because on my V.1 YF-19, there were two stress marks on the fuselage and they were more than happy to replace it with another one without any cost to me (including me shipping it to them). Ever since then, they've had my business.

I'm really really hoping the macross kites are tampo printed on the neck and on the left wing when this comes out, instead of leaving it blank and having us apply it as a decal.
