  1. I can easily give someone good feedback by posting. That way, I can make specific comments about what I like or don't like and the person getting the feedback can see who it's coming from. The anonymous "like" system again, means nothing to me when I don't know who did it. Reminds me of that Black Mirror episode where people are working to get "likes" for whatever reason and their life depended on it. On other forums where you can see who gave the like or dislike, I use the feature all the time. Over here, I often quote posts I like and comment along with it, like this: Lol! "like"
  2. Haha, I would but the anonymous “like” system is next to pointless to me.
  3. Haha, that thread must be a joy to read. All good, I'm just so sick of hearing about it and don't want to post about it anymore but the same complaints over and over again are unbelievable. Especially when I use these shops all the time and rarely, if ever come a cross a situation worth complaining about, let alone mention it over and over again. Can we just see the toys? Lol.
  4. Dudes! (not sure if I seen any dudettes complain)... This release was severely underproduced or something went very wrong with the first batch release. I've never seen any other TWE close orders that quickly. There is obviously a shortage of the first batch for whatever reason. Just chill the F out or if you just can't deal with waiting, pay the premium to get it now and go on with your lives and cut ties with NY or whatever other store that goes out of their way to get you your toys that you feel is treating you so badly, lol. I can't believe all the complaints on Christmas day no less.

    Hi-Metal R

Both modes? You might be missing one.
  6. Merry Christmas! Beautiful shot!
  7. Yep, that was a welcome message from NY but ironic if the people who appreciate them didn't get it. I wonder if that note has an underlying intent towards some people, lol! NY saved me at least hundreds of dollars this year and has served me well!
  8. This is a case where Bandai's own store sold out in what was it, two or three days or was it the first day? It was something insanely short and unexpected for a TWE item. I don't care about making excuses anymore for a store that everyone wants to use and bash at the same time but it really is getting old hearing about it. I haven't even bothered checking when my orders will be coming but I was pretty late so I'm sure I'm in the later batch. All good.
  9. Opened this guy and made it into an ornament Also threw in some classics for good measure
  10. Porsche often charges MORE to take away features. Seems in line with Bandai so we can move on from that discussion.

    Bandai DX VF-31

Ok, seems like a good plan. Even more money saved if they never release an Arad 1A.

You should get the 31J Kai to complete the emblem Valks.

    Bandai DX VF-31

Here I am pretty happy with 7 variation of VF-31s with Super Parts and Armor galore with no need for anything else. I’m sure more will come especially after the next movie.
  14. I'm in, lol.
  15. That is awesome! Thanks for sharing the pic!
  16. That is sick! DX has the best Gerwalk mode hands down!

    Bandai DX VF-31

Yep, opportunity costs. Bandai makes tons of stuff that is more profitable than Macross for them. Probably almost everything else they make is more profitable than Macross, lol.
  18. Again, most Transformers had compartments or pegs to store things. Since many were Diaclone, they had cockpits for figures that could be used since they didn’t come with figures. The Dinobots had places to peg the weapons in both modes. As you mentioned, they made cases and storage that were either playsets, vehicles or other related items with specific storage for GI Joe and Star Wars and they could mostly all hold everything they came with anyways. Point is, having storage for parts is good. It would be funny as hell if Bandai came back and said the hollow spot was done purposely for storage like they said the tampo was done on purpose. Anyways, I know what I’m doing with that space on my sets.
  19. Transformers had storage compartments or pegholes to store weapons and accessories. GI Joe could hold or store all their weapons. Centurions were walking storage figures. I never played with TMNT figures so don’t know about those. Most my Super Robot toys had built in gimmicks and or storage built into the figure.
  20. Seriously, one of my complaints, if any is that toys these days are not as playable as back in the day. Part of it is all the extra parts that have no built in storage. Back in the day, most toys had gimmicks built in or at least a place to put all the parts that came with the toys. I get the tradeoff they are going for these days for better looks but when they provide parts that are mostly hollow anyways, might as well make use of that space. I would get a lot more enjoyment out of my Valks if I had access to all the option parts within a compartment on the figure or in this case, the Super Parts. Without storage space, I always store extra parts in the original box and that means I have to dig the box out every time I want to use the parts and that means I rarely use the extra parts. Yes, I could keep all the parts out and store them elsewhere but I just don't like doing that and again, would rather have parts store with the figure they go with.
  21. I'm looking forward to see how much fits in the empty space. If there is enough room to fit all the hands and intake covers, I want more hollow space in all the future add on parts!
  22. Brilliant! I keep hoping for more diorama and other parts that have built in storage. That was my #1 request in the recent Star Wars SHF survey too. I wonder if they did it on purpose for that reason and if you can actually fit a set or more hands in there? Nice! Free defective Valks is still free Valks.
  23. You should be good. These are all second hand items that they have at the store indicated on the listing. It just means they will grab it to confirm it is there.
