Another beauty!
Heading over to my case to check out my cars before I pass out...
-
Well, I found out my 959 actually is priced higher than the Autoart one, mine is from Motorbox. I never bothered comparing the differences in detail since mine was a gift but I suppose part of the difference is availability and the rare colors the Motorbox version comes in.
I'm mainly a VW group guy and specifically Audi and Porsche but I like everything under the umbrella. My grail other than the Sport quattro and 959 I already have is the B5 RS4 but I didn't find any for sale anymore. I should have just bought it back in the day when I had the chance. Anyway, the good thing about my preference is no one makes the models I want so I have nothing to buy. Money saved!

Very nice, thanks! I'm gonna have to go get a few.
NP! I just noticed you are in my part of town. See you around! I need to see if I can make it out to the MW Convention.

How long does it take for Mykombini to ship stuff? I paid last week for my CFs and still no shipping notice.

@Slave IV, What are those white shelf units you have on there? How are they attached to the wall.
I'm in the market for a somewhat similar solution, but the drywall in my nerd-cave is super thin.
Those are the BOTKYRKA Wall shelfs from Ikea (also available in different colors). They have hangers on the back and I just drilled screws into the wall and hang the shelves on them. I can't remember but I think the hangers are adjustable to make it easy to line up to studs. They are cheap, sturdy, clean looking and very functional...best thing about them is they are metal, which allows you to do stuff like this (the magnetic Tachikoma):

You guys done got me searching for 1:18 cars online now

Is "never tell me the odds" there due to how brave you are to suspend your toys up in the air?
LOL, I know huh? But I trust Yeti makes a solid product that is designed to do this. I'm actually considering adding two more Valks to this stand when I get M&M if Yeti thinks it will hold.
As for the Han quote, I figured it would not only cover some holes I'm too lazy to fill, it also deflects some light away from the Valks just in case.

Updated my wall mount with some new parts (just for the 1S). It's subtle but makes a huge difference for the better to me!
I was wondering now, do you think the wall mount would support 5 Valks if I added a dual arm to each side? I think the anchor to the wall is solid, just not sure about the bend strength of the acrylic being pulled down with all that weight.
Thanks yet again Yeti!

I even thanked mr K on the 0s after its release and asked him to do the 0b/0c versions. He said please wait patiently in japanese..
Haha, nice
I slightly adjusted my Yeti Wall mount display with a some new parts. Made a huge difference to me!

Nice Lambo! The Zonda is calling my name too!

Yeah, I wouldn't be too worried. I'm glad the one I did get is the 0S though. Still think it's the best built Valkrie I've ever owned.

allow me to share my first post
Low vis. got this yesterday. loose without the box. 0.jpg
Nice one! I need one of those...I've had the armor for it sitting around with no figure for years!

Ooo, nice. I wish I hadn't resisted my love for Macross toys for so long and just grabbed all those 0s. Although the issues scare me on such expensive toys.Rearranging some shelves. Gotta make room for Delta birds.
-
Ready for the VF-31J on the top shelf and the Reactive Armor on the bottom shelf.
Whut up cuz?
-
The holes are 5mm.
I think the arms that came with this super/ghost pack are the same as the tamashii arms.
Definitely looks like it...Cool!
-
Revisiting the weapon rack idea. This is a much easier print, and it works really well. This is a first print. Design may change.
Very nice! Do those peg holes fit standard Tamashii stage arms? I think I remember reading something about that somewhere but can't find it atm.
On that topic and another suggestion, it would be nice to have an adapter that plugs into the bottom of Tamashii stages so they can be used on your arms.

Yep, thanks again! 1J ordered!

Well, slight spoilers for the series finale, but more colors of the 262 do appear, so we can all hope they wind up as web exclusives.
Honestly, I'm more interested in buying up any variant of the 262 I can find than any of the VF-31s... except maybe Mirage's and Chuck's, and the A model. The 31 is just more of the "usual" Macross fighter, while the 262 is a truly original and unique design.
I'd love if they work out a way to do the VF-22 as well, and would really love to see them make that variable F-104 we saw in a few old photos.
Anyway, I'm waiting to see how orders go at release time. The pre-order madness is clearly not going anywhere, but the recent Hi Metal releases seem to be pretty easy to come by at release date, so maybe people are getting wise to the scams. I'm currently counting more supply at release to get a Max HMR, as well as a Hayate 31, so here's hoping it happens across the board.
Please point me out to the Hikaru 1J when those come out!

ZorClone, I didn't see any of that as sh9000 trying to do anything but help keep this thread on track and point you in the right direction. He's a good guy just keeping it classy.
I agree that Dougram seems a bit expensive and I'm not interested in it enough to take away from more Macross stuff I could buy instead. Looking forward to getting the CFs I just paid for!
