  1. Not a bad idea! I see you have a nice collection of TB MLs too! I have so many, I don't know what to do but just keep them as is. You could sell a couple and buy the loose apocalypse with the money too.
  2. Oh definitely. That's what I do with the BAF Galactus. 3.75" FF and Silver Surfer displayed with him.
  3. He's officially listed as 6'7", 900+ lbs but depending on the current power level he's at, I've seen him drawn infinitely large.
  4. Do you have the Marvel Select Thanos? I think that is the best one currently available.

Wow, I'm loving the missile set more and more. Just got mine, can't wait to open!

Nah, sh9000 and his HMR collection alone can keep them afloat And I'll be there to pick up the crumbs. That's the thing, I don't care how long it takes. Getting something in a few days with EMS or FedEx compared to about a week in most SAL cases means nothing to me in the scheme of life. But saving $10-$40+ per figure, especially when I'm buying hundreds of figures a year ads up to a lot of free figures or money saved quick! Its definitely a good conversation and I'm not surprised to see the comparisons posted confirm my own calculations I've done many times. I've never used BIJ before but it's good to know about what they offer. The main thing is there was so much negativity in here and I'm glad some good info came out of it at least.

And still cheaper than the cheapest option at the other spot so... I dunno, I don't care who buys what from where. I've played the calculation game many times and bottom line is, for regular releases, NY is always cheaper than the rest, regardless of any extra couple dollars they need for shipping. HLJ is sometimes close and maybe less in very rare and special cases (not regular releases). I hope people who always complain stop buying from NY so it makes my preorders easier, lol.

Haha, in the end, I don't care about any of these companies. They are providing a service of getting me product I want. Whoever can do that for the lowest price gets my business because I end up with the same product. I consistently see complaints about NY but they must have different factors involved in order to consistently offer the lowest prices. It doesn't matter to me if I have to pay an extra $2 to ship something if my final price is the same as just the product without shipping elsewhere. If that is morally wrong for some people to accept, just pay more for the product elsewhere.

Not to mention always having prices lower than the competition even with shipping charges compared to others without shipping...so much to complain about, lol!
  10. What was the deadline for the 31J parts? Seems like that was available for order on NY up to about a month before release? Is the deadline just for Bandai's shop and it will still be available at NY?
  11. I just got one of these from Disneyland the other day: Not my pic and haven't opened it yet but remote controlled with opening doors and projectile launching. Couldn't pass it up. In other news, HLJ has an anniversarry raffle and seems like a good way to get some free credits to buy more Valks. Link here.

Look forward to getting them but want the rest and other Macross figures too.

    Oh hell yeah!
  14. No idea. Besides the 1/144 stuff I haven't been paying attention to larger scale aircraft since I was in my early teens. Hope to hear some suggestions but I can also check with a friend who has been getting some. I'd be more interested in highly detailed, possibly diecast and mostly built for you models at this point. Don't have time for building much anymore.
  15. Haha, sweet! Very nice! I've been tempted to get back into military aircraft (I have tons of models from childhood) but so far, only got a few 1/144 JWings. The size is great considering the detail in them and ease of finding space but I kinda want some 1/100 or 1/60 to go with my Valks. Then, it starts to get expensive...some cost more than Valks!
  16. Had this peordered from day one but never messed with it because I didn't have a proper insigina for it. Finally got it taken care of and it's glorious! One of the best looking MP style Transformers ever made imo.
  17. Nice pickups! So, you are now modding your model cars? you take the parts off other cars you have?

Messer VF-1 needs the emblem on the tail fins.

I couldn't even tell what the issue was until I saw one of the pics close up. Will check if mine has the same issue but to me, it's a non-issue.
  20. Yup, just buy it now. The Amazing Yamaguchi Marvel Comics Revoltech line is THE BEST line in 6" comic figures out right now! The attention to detail they put in everything from sculpt, paint, accessories, packaging, yeah everything, is second to none!

Damn, that sucks! Makes me scared to open mine. On the other hand, I opened my 31F...it's fantastic! One of the shoulder joints is super tight on that double hinge but other than that, it's all good! Really impressed with the overal build and transformation smoothness. Definitely a top Valk design.
