I was thinking two initially but now I'm near deciding not to get any... Thanks for the date...Since I'm planning on buying from NY if I do get one, I feel like they might be opposite with these Arcadia exclusives compared to Bandai exclusives and might sell out before the official date. I don't remember for sure but I guess if they sell out, it makes my decision easier, lol.

Damn, that looks really good! I'd probably keep that one without the armor and on display. I'm getting gun shy...I was thinking I might get two PFs when it was announced but now, looking at them in cart, I'm hesitant. I'm even considering not getting any and just waiting for the A & D. These things are expensive but I better decide quick!

Just curious, why would other MW members need you to buy items from amiami for them? Also, buying directly from Arcadia would require some proxy service anyway right? In the end, I'm just interested in the cheapest/easiest way to get these things and that usually ends up being Nippon-Yasan.

Yeah, I want to...but just opened my Arcadia Max, which was a bigger priority and then Milia is up next, followed by poor Hikaru 1S, which has been buried for months now.

Got my Sunstreaker the other day too! Don't know when I'll get around to opening it. My BC version is still sitting on a shelf and I haven't tried to transform it yet.

I just opened, transformed back and forth and looked over my Arcadia Max 1J and it is perfection. No flaws or issues like some people have reported. All the joints are perfect, no stress marks and parts all attach and detach as they should. Only thing I can think about complaining about is the left landing gear doors don't line up as perfectly as the right side but it's so minor. I'm friggin so happy to finally have the M&M pair in this line.

Well damn, might have to bite on this and have the regular in the armor.

Some toys have cool packaging...I might buy extras to keep misb because of that. Usually, smaller, less expensive figures. As for things stored in boxes that I never see...again, knowing I have something in pristine condition ready to open if I ever want is nice, another great thing is forgetting what I have and then rediscovering things every time I open a box. It's better than Christmas when I can go through any random box and find gems in every one of them. One Macross related example, I don't remember buying any 1/48 VF-1s back in the day and always longed to have one but they are so expensive now. One day, going through old receipts, I found one for a 1/48 V-1J Max with Super Parts, a grail to me. So now I know I own one and that is fantastic.

Haha thanks! Basically, I'm not a misb collector but I have a lot of misb toys because reasons. Well said! And sorry, it would be pretty disappointing if I handed a "new" toy to my kid and it ended up being an empty box.

Several reasons for me. I don't buy any one thing just to keep misb but I may buy several of one item because I've had things stolen before and in case of breakage. I also sometimes don't have to have every version of the same mold open so even though I plan to open everything at some point, I'm not in a hurry to open a VF-31J if I already have an open VF-31J Kai, 31F, and 31C. There is also the issue that I buy so much stuff that I don't have the time to open it all and some things get stacked away and forgotten until I go back through things. Another reason is having extra for my kids when they are ready is not a bad thing. Also, even though not everything is open, just to know I own them and they are still in pristine condition to enjoy anytime in the future is a satisfying feeling within itself.
