    I’m not sure what major upgrades anyone can ever expect to see in any toy that is a VF-1. No matter what, it’s still going to look like a VF-1 unless it isn’t a VF-1.

    Haha, all I saw in those pics was G1 Transformers But that's nice packaging. Amazon USA would have just thrown that DX box directly into a plastic bag mailer and sent it out. Probably not but they have definitely done that for low end toys like Hasbro Legends and Black Series stuff.

    And even then, I'd prefer the launch arm which would not need landing gears either.

    Lol, I'm not too concerned with it either way. Of all the Valks I've ever owned, I've only ever displayed one on landing gears for any amount of time other than just to check it out for that moment. It's the equivalent of displaying action figures in a static, straight standing up pose to me. Maybe that will change if I ever get a diorama to display Valks taking off/landing.

    Doesn’t seem like a good deal for a KO. Still keeping an eye out for reviews, more feedback and reasons to buy some of these. Having Premium Finish tampo would be a slight incentive if it was the same price.

    haha, yeah...Peg didn't look too great when I first saw it and another reason why I don't want anymore of these things. Just got Kelly and that will be it unless I see Samatha from Bewitched on super clearance. She shares the same face as Kelly.

    Yeah, it was Kelly that broke me this time. I have no interest in any others especially since I still have my original collection of most the Superheroes and Star Trek, including the Enterprise playset. I saw those other items you got at Target today too but passed (already have the car). I’m kinda tempted by the new Squirrel Girl figure they have.

    Little pilot, wrong landing gear... Preorder cancelled! Although it’s interesting what@David Hingtgen says about the opening sequence for reference. Looks pretty horizontal there to me. But it is much further away from the door so... Preorder cancelled!

    Seems like most Valks are optimized for space and depend more on their boost to fly than their wings.

    I don't have the rudder issue on any of my 1/48s either. The 1/60 does not have the feature at all.

    Two days, two exclusives in a row. And I didn’t realize Veers was a Walgreens exclusive either. I guess I’m not paying attention. Anyways, I’ve been going to this Walgreens for over a year with nothing to show for and today it finally paid off. And another HW haul

    I'm glad I was able to get the old 1/55's from Asia when I was a kid and I completely passed on the 1/60 V1 since it looked crappy to me. So for me, it was 1/55, 1/48, 1/60 V2, 1/100 HMR, 1/48 DX with some novelty items in between.

    Agree about the Yamato 1/48s. They are still my favorite so far. But I love all my VF-1 Valks and wouldn’t get rid of any of them. I hope this DX becomes the best all time but even if not, nbd because I have tons of great Valks in different sizes. I just hope the DX pegs together as solidly as my Yamarcadias do in all modes.

    Wasn't that a feature of the Yamato that they copied as well?
