Haha yeah, it seems like an easy enough accessory to get. I'm just not sure it's worth it even though I'm big on these KC figures and have been all in so far. The only thing really calling me is that weathered helmet but again, do I really care?

Thanks! I learned about this company pretty recently and wanted to try their deck shapes and when I saw they had this graphic, I had to have it. They also have this one but not in the sizes I want.

I've been all in so far on their figures but I might wait before I order this one.

KC is the hands down master of character figures for Macross. This Hikaru is another stellar release and they handled the soft goods very well imo.

HG has invoiced early and by mistake a few times for me.

Yeah, buying from Japan saves me more like $50+ probably closer to $75. I'll take those savings every time.

You don’t want to know how much a pain it was to rearrange my detolf just a bit.

As you just said, there is no such thing as the "S" part with Arcadia UNLESS you got some of their PF that were shipped in a sealed brown box. The only one I can think of is the VF-0D PF and maybe the SDF-1 PF.

Since Arcadia releases are somewhat made to order (mainly on the retail shop end), there is no preorder madness and depending on the release, there can often be remaining stock after the initial release date. Discounts will depend on the retailer and how quickly they want to clear their space. HOWEVER, due to the niche appeal, overall numbers for Macross products is relatively very low compared to something like Gundam so once the initial stock is sold out, prices are almost always sure to go up. Especially in the cases of "shelf-warmers", their initial numbers were probably even lower to begin with, making them the most rare items in the long run, leading to the highest prices in the long run. Happens pretty much consistently through the history of Macross toys.

Haha, I know it’s not a popular opinion but my second favorite series is M7 so I know a lot of people don’t agree with that either. I even gave Plus another chance by bringing my whole family to see it in the theaters during that recent release so you can’t say I don’t support it but it did solidify how much I didn’t think it was good compared to the other series. 

It does look great. Almost tempting me but Plus is actually one of my least favorite Macross series and I already have the previous plain version and DX.

You’re absolutely right about that last part. The Arcadia Zero Valks are pretty much the best Valk toys ever made by anyone.
