Finally got my AX today, looks great but seems to be QC issue like everyone else. Seems minor compared to what other people are reporting. One tail fine is flushed, while the other appears to be 2mm out of alignment. My biggests gripe is the bits behind the intake, have not read anyone else having the same issue as me thou. WIll need too spend some time looking at it closer to see if its genuinely a problem. On a side note, is there any sites that has a super set I could order off still, was holding out hoping my local would do it but due to COVID and timing they were away on holiday when the superset was released.

Thats a scary thought. Mines still in sealed in the box, haven't even opened it. Stored in a cupboard and never seen the light of day. Too scared to open and see a yellow valk now :(

Same, I was very polite with it just stating facts and taking the emotion out of it. A happy customer service rep might beable to pull strings where an offend angry one will just ignore you

Seems to be a roulette at this point. Put in a ticket and hope for the best. I did nothing come out of it so far.

I got a similar response too. Interesting I was offered to wait and that they will honour the order or I can get a refund. Think I did pay via credit card. Now the waiting game continues.

I do have a question about N-Y super parts price. Is this normal? The super parts cost the same if not more then the DX VF-31?

Wow that's a complete joke, I certainly have no interest in store credit. The only time I ever shop from N-Y is for DX macross toys, certainly not in the mood of dealing with them again if this is how they treat their customers.

I got the email today, however I got the confirmation HLJ received my order after about 20-30 mins of placing my order yesterday. I probably put my order in roughly 6:45 JST since I wasn't planning on getting it originally but did anyway since it was still open.

Ordered one VF-31 from Nippon-Yasan. No updates thus far, hope it does not get cancelled, gave up mirage waiting for this unit.
