I can't get over how happy I am with the VF-31C now that I've transformed it correctly in Battroid mode. I colours and head design are just awesome and it looks so great next to the VF-31J. And to think I was briefly considering dropping my pre-order after being disappointed by Delta.

I'm glad I wasn't the only one to have issues with this area. It was seriously driving me nuts. Regarding the colour though, I feel like the the maroon paint and the purple on the translucent gems below the head should have been swapped. This official artwork seems to use this colour scheme as well.

I just want to be able to buy Macross F with subtitles for an affordable price in my region. But it looks like I'll need to wait another five or so years before there's any actual news regarding that.

The gray tabs that pinch behind the metal bars. It seems to come undone very easily EDIT: I've notice that the front part of the chest (small flap), doesn't seem to close flush with the rest of the chest. Perhaps I didn't transform the neck area properly. But I've pushed the tab in that area as far as I can. EDIT: Just realised I had the hinge in the neck area the wrong way. Had it forward instead of back. All good now And looks much better.

Opened up my package today. I really like the colours and appearance of this figure in all modes. My only issue is that I can't seem to securely lock the torso together. The bottom tabs are up but when I push the top half down onto it, it's like only one side is able to tab in while the other doesn't. This makes trying the pose the figure difficult as whenever I try to move the arms the whole top half comes undone. The back tabs remains locked though. I don't know what I'm doing wrong as I've watched the ScorchedEarthToys transformation video, and I can't rememebr having this issue with my VF-31J.

That red is really worrying for me. I want Mirage's VF-31, but I also want it to be purple like in the show. I'm going to try pre-ordering when it goes live though, with the hopes that the final product is purple.

I hope we get a detailed video of SOC Daizyujin before release like with Golion. I really want to see how the knees work.

Best girl's VF is next! Now I just have to secure a pre-order. I've been lucky so far with Hayate's VF-31J and Keith's Sv-262, but I have a feeling my luck is going to run out. I noticed places like HLJ usually reopen pre-orders before release, so hopefully if I don't secure one with the the hour it goes live I'll have some luck later down the track.

I kind of hate GX-70 Mazinger Z. The leg movement is really limited with the default due to the front crotch piece. The I wish the hip joints extended down like the SRC version. As it is now, the only way to get any leg movement is to use the alternate front crotch piece that looks like a thong.

frakking hell why does this thing have to be so beautiful?! If it looked like crap I could be saving about $336AUD.

I hate how most of these Youtube reviewers don't push in the locking tabs all the way and complain about it not being secure. It's one thing if a random forum poster does it, but these guys are professional reviewers and it's really misleading. Granted, it is a bit hard at first locking them in (I thought my finger nails were going to break off), but after a few tries you get used to how to position them and they lock in all the way super easily. Another thing that makes me cringe is them not taking the red and green lions' tails off when combining. Anyway, I'm eagerly awaiting a video of a hands on with SOC Daizyujin, or at the very least some pics with the knees bent. Because that's my biggest worry, since we haven't been shown how the knees work in terms of articulation. But here's an up close video of it. Would sure be great if someone could get some shots from behind to see those knees (Insert Junichi from Amagami SS )
