  1. I think your thinking of fission reactors. Fusion engines would produce no radioactive waste. That's why every one wants them so badly.
  2. In the end, I don't think they animated any of it. Did they ever show a VF-1S with the seat emerging from the neck in the TV series? I know they showed a VF-1D. It has a strike cannon on it's back. It's from the escape scene just before Roy gets it in DYRL.

    Toy ID

The two in front are Go-bots so that should give you an idea how small that valk is. It's definately not a 1/55. Maybe 1/100.
  4. It's LoTR, Not Dead Alive(Brain Dead to some) or Bad Taste. I wouldn't wish a marathon like that on anyone, any they barely hit the three hour mark put together I'm actually a big fan of those two movies but I don't like Jackson's LOTR. I've spent years in my head building an image of what LOTR should look like and it doesn't mesh well with these movies. I feel no hostility towards PJ but his movies offend my sense of what Tolkiens world should look like. PJ should stick to what he does best, cheesy gore flicks.
  5. R2 disk 2 and up of FLCL have english subs.
  6. http://www.cyberhome.com/products.asp?Product=500 This is the DVD player I have. I got it for $70 and it's quite nice. It does progressive scan, dolby 5.1 PAL and NTSC and with a quick little code it plays all regions.
  7. 12 hours of Tolkien? yes. 12 hours of Peter Jackson? No way in hell!
  8. none of the above
  9. Even though I'd really like a Kakizaki 1A, I think Max & Millia 1Js are more likely. <_
  10. Sorry, I meant to say that if you copy them I'd like to get one. VCDs are fine with me since any quality is better than nothing at all.
  11. I've seen a few random episodes of it but it was about 17 or 18 years ago and I don't really remember that much about it. If you want to share your tapes I'd like to watch them.
  12. Don't believe everything you read on the internet. Kawamori actually had nothing to do with Dorvack. Does that make it any less cool? No. As for the toys I have most of them. They're pretty good but not very poseable. You can expect to pay around $200 - $300 for a MIB 1/55. <_
  13. Does the incresed weight cause any balance issues?
  14. I think you can get them at walmart for under $10.

Another thought., Do the wings have holes for missile attachments?
  21. It's real name is Combat Armor Dougram from the anime Fang Of the Sun, Dougram. From your description I wouldn't pay more than $10 for it.

    1/48 improvement ideas

Better hands and moving rudders would be nice. The head seam does't bother me either.
  24. According to Valk-exchange they were cancelled. http://www.valkyrie-exchange.com/Doyusha/D...-1j_hikaru.html
  25. I used to be Captain Kramer but I've decided on a name that better fits my pesonality. You see, I'm a prude.
