I think you'd better prepare to get mad. That pilot looks like the 1D's pilots which are too small for the original 1J's cockpit.

Think of the German MG34/42 or soviet RPK. The shape allows the gunner to keep the gun up tight to thier shoulder. Ithink it would make the gun stand out from the others. Here's a pic I found that illustrates how it's used.

They've already made a Calvin & Hobbes movie. It was so bad they never reased it. As for Garfield, I found it amusing as a kid but I'd prefer to leave it as an un-tainted memory in my childhood so I won't be seeing this film.

I'm a Virginian and like all Virginians I'm proud of my gooberfied Commonwealth (not a state). That being said, I hate southern accents on TV(except for Foghorn Leghorn, that guy rules.). The accents are usually exaggerated by non-southern actors to make the characters seem stupid which perpetuates the dumb redneck stereotype. To me most anime voice actors sound Canadian. Wierd,eh?
