    Bandai Sv-262 DX valk

Slight addendum to the yellowing discussion earlier: I just noticed Mandarake has recently started to add remarks to Frontier v2 valks that yellowing may occur (in addition to the possible nose hinge crack) for unopened ones.
  2. The Strike version looks like a winner, and agreed that the details are pretty sharp. Never really noticed that before with the non-Strike ones, because the legs hanging down at the rear were always just too distracting.
  3. If the scalper-ish price from JP is almost the same as local, might as well go local as after-sales support should be better, something that was inconceivable not too long ago. The longer wait times for local stores having items in stock can actually be an advantage, as after release in JP we have a bit of time to decide which way the prices are trending. If it goes down, as some of the WWM items do, then cancel local and pick up import. Again, something also very inconceivable for Macross toys not too long ago as well lol.
  4. Something like this has happened to me before in the past for Amiami. Clearing site cookies from browser solved it (but too late).
  5. The other stores stateside should have it up within these couple of days too. It looks like Bandai has changed the worldwide PO for this to be almost simultaneous.
  6. Nice! This being a CharaWorks 1/144?
  7. I never actually considered Bandai doing Destroids in a new scale, but if they start doing so, I reckon there'll be some sort of mutiny going around in these boards. Folks have been waiting forever for the HMR Tomahawk & Spartan that Bandai have repeatedly gaslit us with lol. Might I suggest you to pick up the HMR Monster? Even if it doesn't fit the DX scale, it is a very, very good toy in its own right.
  8. The good thing about Amiami's current PO times and method, is that they parcel it out in lots. The PO will re-open every 10 minutes or so in that hour's duration. So check back often. That's great to hear.
  9. Hahah just put some laser pointers in @grogall Yamato did show off a 1/60 Monster prototype many moons ago. Lemme try to search the pic.. Ok here it is: At that scale its already humongous; compared to the cut-off 1/60 VF-1S on the right. At 1/48 it probably needs a dining table display lol. For the other destroids, the only 1/48 I know is the recent Moscato 1/48 Tomahawk kit:
  10. Nin-nin's pricing is a bit like NY right? They sell some units at a lower price initially, then it progressively goes up.. I've never had anything delivered from Nin-nin before, only a pending HMR VF-0A PO. Hopefully all turns out well.
  11. Though I've never bought from Yoyakunow, they appear reliable based on others' experiences. The one that is NY 2.0 should be Moehime. I'll never PO anything there lol. Will only buy in-stock items from them at most.
  12. Hobby Genki seems to have pulled a bit of scummy move by raising the price when it went live. It was originally prelisted at Yen 38.5k, and then it went straight to Yen 39,750 lol.. I couldn't even find the link to begin haha.. I'm sure there must be some tricks

    Hi-Metal R

You mean Hikaru's red stand? That comes bundled with Kakizaki's 1A. Hikaru's 1J is the one with the recent Armored release.

If Elvis Draken comes out, I'll pass him the guitar from the 1/8 Megahouse Basara figure.
  15. PO cancelled
  16. I think for Yamato’s, that circled part can be pushed in so it looks more like the line art. Will the DX have that ability? In the line art though, Kawamori appear to have scribbled some comments on that area. I wonder what he was saying.. For the sites you posted, the PO won’t be up today. Usually POs of WWM items outside Japan will start anything 1-2 weeks from Japan PO date.
  17. Yup the delimiter mode.. I guess it steers by the thrust vectoring without the stabilizers.
