This is also the other unsolved mystery - the purpose of this flap. It even has a tab as if for your fingernail to pull it out.

I hope Bandai addresses the bent laser, and issue replacements. It's just a straightforward swap of a small piece so that's the easiest fix ever that can be done by a manufacturer. Question is if they do, will they address it now, or only wait until the overseas batches arrive stateside in couple of months? It's not unprecedented for Bandai to make fixes, and this is all the more urgent since it's a worldwide item instead of JP-only. I just hope they don't come out with some strange excuse that insults our intelligence like that 100-001 modex number fiasco.

Hahaha mystery solved.. TZ implement animation errors in spirit. At least TZ didn’t draw the missiles being mounted onto the vertical stabilizers.

Haha yes! Love the concepts for these, both the Dread & FSW Legioss 2007.

Nothing much new with this review, except he shows how the legs can be completely detached from the waist joint, ala Bandai DX. Video also doesn’t show anything with the 3rd elbow joint; it’s stuck in position as with all the other videos. Hilariously he also installs the missiles backwards, & has that huge ass gap between the arms & head in Fighter. I think there must be something wrong in the instruction manual for so many reviewers to do so.

Don't forget the HMR VF-0A.. that is a solid release.

Confirmed these are seam lines where the shoulder cap meets together. My Isamu doesn’t have cracks on this. In fact, none of my 29s have this problem, only the 25s - both the renewal 25G & 25S. I was thinking not too long ago that this issue seems more prevalent on the 25 rather than 29, but then again there are others who reported their 29s also have cracks at this area. Isamu’s colour is not to say more yellow resistant, just that any yellowing will be better masked by the beige colour. The Isamu 29 pics that I took not that long ago (posted in the other tread) actually have yellowed quite a bit in many sections, but I used warm white lights for those pics so it wasn’t very apparent.

@ZYZY sorry to hear this. Yeah the HK / Taiwan groups are reporting about 2 cases daily, & you are right, they all bend in that one direction. Unlike the YF-19 Full Pack, there’s actually quite a bit of clearance between the tip of head laser to the top of the plastic bubble. If there aren’t any scuffs on the plastic bubble itself where the head laser come into contact with, then it points to the issue already happening at factory during packing.

Every once a while we come across deals we can’t refuse. I stepped into my local department store recently, & they had some pieces of Bburago 1/24 cars in the bargain bin. These are older pieces, the boxes were extremely beat up & have just about the most shelf wear one can see, with yellowed viewing windows, some collapsed, but they ultimately look unopened. So I picked up a few pieces, each for only an equivalent of $5. The one I like most of the lot is a Fiat 500 Abarth. I looked the actual car up & thought it’s crazy it’s still in production today, like the current Nissan GTR. But it has a rather timeless design. The rest of the lot.- 585 replies

These old Yammies are still formidable, & the color’s still good all things considered for something around 20 yrs old now. -

I was just thinking the Buldog might look like a stealth bomber. From this angle it looks somewhat like a flying wing design..

When put that way, you are right on the small intakes accentuating the belly. For me, it’s looking like the DX is one of those designs that looks better in hand than in pics. Specific freeze frame angles can make it look unflattering - both Fighter & Battroid, but the shape & profile changes a bit on other angles that makes it look pretty nice to me. Well, that blows. So we have to also transform it to look for 2 left shoulders in addition to broken head laser.

When I saw the gap on TZ’s I wasn’t that surprised as the DX also has the same big gap compared to Yamato’s. The gap is where the shoulder rests into in Battroid & I remember thinking perhaps it’s inevitable for sliding type shoulder mechanism, but then again the HMR VF-0 has no such gap.

Gotta agree there. if Sentinel is not optimistic of the numbers for standalone release, perhaps they should release it as a set with the Legioss to mebbe get a bit more overall ROI.

It’s nice tidbit to know Aramaki was directly involved in Sentinel’s ride armor designs. I wonder if he also is involved at the same level with the Breaker armors..
