You can pick up the standard VF-1S in Roy's colors, but if you want to make it the Strike varient, you need to buy the FAST Pack armor add-ons. As of right now, the only 1/48 that comes packaged with armor is Hikaru's VF-1J and the upcoming Max and Milia VF-1Js

I have a feeling if the do a Decepticon Masterpiece figure, it'll be Starscream. If they did a megatron, it's really a tough call on Takara's part. You have to consider this... "Ok, let's make a MP Megatron!" "Ok, but should we scale it so that his bot mode is the same as Optimus or so that his gun mode is the size of a real gun?" "Is it wise to make him a gun again? I know! Let's make him his second form! A tank!" "But then we'll alienate the hardcore fans!" COntinue from there. Starscream is almost as popular as Megs, has less contriversy over his alt mode, and Hasbro could also fully support the production of it. (And no "Hasbro SUX!!! They can't make guns or long pointy smoke stacks!!!!" It's not their fault, they're following US laws and I salute them for that!)

if someone needs a set for recasting, I'd gladly sacrifice mine as long as I can get them back with some recasts... Otherwise, in the next few weeks I'm going to look into getting some supplies for recasting these hands myself.

I picked up 3 very cool items at Cybercon today! First off, the board related item... 1/48 VF-1A Low Viz... Man this guy is pretty!! Second and third are now my prize possesions... Victory Leo and Star Saber!!! They may not move much, but damn are they cool!!!

I'm all for Macross and canon and everything, but has anyone thought of casting a custom YF-1R head for a 1/48 Valk? I'm a Macross purist, don't get me wrong, but the head design is really cool looking. Ok... I'm gonna run for my life now...

Simple... they don't let anyone get on their six Seriously though, you have a point. I'm sure they may have some sort of rear display set up somewhere inside the cockpit. This would also benefit them in their other modes as well.

A little dab of crazy glue will work just fine for most of those loose panels. Just don't over do it with the glue
