Really? What QC problems were there? I am pretty sure my Hikky VF-1J Super came out after the Hik 1S... and i found my 1S more sturdy than the Super 1J... I will have to check them out.

Even IF there was a re-issue for Hik 1S the 1st issue should go for a hefty price. Right? There isn't a way knowing if they are 1st and 2nd,3rd,4th.. re-issues is there? How much would 1st issues Roy 1S go for i wanna know.

Not bad not bad.. i wouldn't sell mine for less than 400. ;P Question.. anyone know the highest a Roy 48r (the "1st reissue" before the 2nd and 3rd and...) went for in previous auctions? I know that there have been like 3 re-issues, and Hik has had like none... so i guess that would make Hik's 1S more valuable right? Low Vis should always be the highest. $264 with 2 and a half hours to go.... come on!

I was saying the exact same thing before i bought my 1st 1/48 which happened to be a hikky 1S from tisinc for about US $ 175. Ever since then the prices have gone spastic at tisinc, i was lucky to get it then... $ 300 US lmao. And thanks to Kev at valkexchange i got me 2nd 1/48! (hikky 1J SUPER!) You won't stop at one 1/48! I am sure plenty of other members here can support that.
