Yeah you really need all the different lengths of rods to catch that "impossible" pose from your minds eye. And i MUST say it is damn fun trying to do that!!!! I have only one, and i tell ya i find it bloody hard to get the poses i want with just 3 same sized rods! >_<

Any bet 1S is straight after. I'm also with you guys that want Destroids. They would be unbeatable! Enemy mecha might be harder to do, besides male and female power armor. Would love a Glaug! But i just don't see it being done, anyone else thinks so too? All of Revotechs are strickly humanoid form aren't they? From what i seen... nothing fancy like a Glaug.

Good question with the VF-0S for Ghost compatability, but i think Yamato are smart enough to devise a easy snap on way for the Ghosts for the VF-0A and S. One would think wouldn't you. The Shin VF-0A with Ghost seem to be the better choice for you. And to be honest IMO the standalone Ghost colour sheme is a bit lacking. Check this pic out - Gorgeous! Mines pre-ordered!! I think every Macross fan would like a filmstrip, they are pretty neato. But the book by "itself" is just magic. IMO if the book is in almost mint condition it should go for 100 - 150. with the filmstrips add another 50 easy, and for the poster.. well another 30 or 50.

(ripped off landing gear off the other 1/144s) Hurry up HLJ! I would have liked it too, but i guess that's up to the customizers! I might just frost up the canopy though.... maybe some plastic inside might hide the ghost pilot. I shall see if i can remove the canopy glass! Only problem i had with one of my 1/48's was the left wing flap being warped. Everything else is super snug and tight. And now i got 2 new flaps thanks to a top bloke here 'altermodes' everything is purffeect again! Thanks altermodes mate!!!

lol, 50 with filmstrip? that filmstrip must have sucked. And i bet the book was in bad form. That's just a crazy end price. @_@ I have seen auctions go downhill when the owner shows off the filmstrip pics. Filmstrips are not always worth it, i seen some sucky ones. First Goldy i bought was without the filmstrip but with the Poster. 2nd Goldy i got my filmstrip and poster as well! I'll eventually sell my filmstripless Goldy when they are practically non existant... and make a sh!tload. I love this book, it is the holy grail of Macross Art.

Maybe they will play the worst first and by the time the get to the TV SDFM series and DYRL, that's when they'll hit us. : P

Finally! And don't forget about the sight range they got as well. And for people who were fobbin off about using "more soldiers" well sending out too many troops gets boring, tanks add much needed variety, they move great distances in one turn! Sending out 12 or more soldiers is tedious, especially if they are raw, totally boring. Remember there is only so many patches of cover to keep your men alive before the aliens turn! Add atleast one tank and then you can just spend time on your fav soldiers (lets say a max of 6 - . I'd leave 2 Psys in a safe area, one in their general area for protection, and the rest should be badass enough to handle things by themselves, ohh and tanks take the front line. Plasma tanks, sigh. <3 <3 <3 Ohh and when your in a jam, sacrifice the tank if you get one of those situations that end with one of your units being decimated by an "alien reflex-action on the SAME turn". THEY SUCK. Nothing brings the emotions i get when a Terror mission pops up. This game with it's errie music really makes my hair stand up late at night. Pure genious. Know whats really sad, watching a poor sectoid shoot at a rocket launcher tank and the tank reflexes a dead on head shot with a rocket. BAM! ! !
