Still waiting for my other Revoltech Eva-05s and Eva-02 movie version to arrive before i start doing some seriously cool diramas. No, that's the LM-HG Spear of Longliness the Eva-05 Wing is holding. Hopefully there is a way the Eva-02 movie version can slot in the Eva-05 Wings... I already tried the Eva-02 series version and nope, not without using a knife/chisel. Annnnd, here's a couple of quick display pics of my Revy's :D Excellent!

hahaha well you got me there of course now that i look at it closely it doesn't appear to be the same strip format But nice job! If you can do up a really cool 'physical' strip of Kakazaki getting blown to bits i'd buy one off ya. I tell ya evey time i look at that i just say to myself "Self! The VF-1 is so damn beautiful even when it is falling apart it STILL looks damn sexy!" Better watch your ebay handle when you got a complete Gold book for sale huh. lol

Yeah this is good news, my Shin is on the way and i will treat it the same as i always do if it were a 1/48 VF-1 or the 1/60 19. I am sure the improvements to POM will keep her good, but i want my extra set just in case.

Just got my e-mail payment notification, so i guess they figure it will be too big to send with the Fold set. maybe. Atleast it's on it's way start monday! (4 days delivery)

Well, this is an old pic i just found of my filmstrip, i will take a better one later, but it's like the holy grail and i every now an then take it out (my gold book) and sigh and take in it's perfectiveness. :P I am quite happy with my find, Hikky is afterall the main attraction of all of Macross DYRL & SDF. Solscud007 that is a fantastic Filmstrip you have there mate. All of the filmstrips that have been posted here are fricken great!

I reckon they are more than a cheap thrill, not only can you build them up from scratch (satisfaction) , they are larger scale than SOC, and the pose factor is almost just as good! And something i didn't realize until i gave in to curiosity is the arms CAN bend but at first glance you would normally guess they wouldn't, see the arms are coated with a rubber like feel skin, and there are actual joint locations to bend at the elbow, and even side to side. Very clever idea! And that just scores 10/10 over the SOC, as it's more realistic. (more canon) Ohh and the other cool ability for the Eva-02 kit is that she can go berserker, the lower jaw frame and brow moves. Quad eyes!!!!! The LM-HG kit (only have the eva-02) are maybe a couple or few cms higher. I will post pics once i get my other 3 Revoltechs, early next week i hope.

Hopefully i should be saving a bit extra than sending my Fold and Shin separate.. yeh i checked on the ems, 45 something Aus. But it's worth it for the security.

lol, that crap hey? You have expressed your distaste heaps of times now on the Spec so i really don't feel like i'm missing out. Although if the Spec Eva-02 ever came out, i'd go and buy it without a second thought. Whats your fav Eva- promethuem5? Btw i just bought myself and built up the Eva-02 LM-HG pre-coloured model kit. IT ROCKS! Cheap and very satisfying, The posability is fantastic really. I am thinking of getting Eva-01 Test frame... Coz of the swords!!!! Ohh and seeing that i only got 1 Eva-05 Wing, and not the Weapon Eva-05 yet (which comes with the Spear of Longlinessness lol) I used the LM HG Spear which is longer and displayed Eva-05 Wing with the spear, severly badass!

guys guys i just got my HLJ order this morning and my 1st Wing Eva-05 and '2' Revy Revoltech figures! They are Awesome!!! Eva-05 Wing is HUGE with the wing span, very nicely designed for wing bendy goodness, i am very impressed. AND although i haven't tried it yet, but i think the wings can be placed onto the other Eva's! I don't have time to do pics now, later after work. Revy is sexy!

'On the mast' was too drawn out, but what pirate movie hasn't got some bullcrap sword dual on some crazy unstable foothold. And all this talk about who'd be a better Sparrow daddy? DUSTIN HOFFMAN. He totally ruled in HOOK. And in the 'Peter Pan' flick Jeremy Sumpter (as Hook) he is deffinently next in line for Pirate king goodness. But i guess we were looking for old looks and charisma. So Hoffman wouldv'e won. ohh ohh and SMEE from 'Hook' would totally overshadow Mr Gibbs. From both movies (Hook, Peter Pan) I love these two movies. Yeah Disney movie it be.

I have a big shipment from HLJ waiting for me tomorrow at the post office, and that includes Eva-05 Wing version and 2x Revy Revoltechs among other sweet stuff, and probably shortly in a few days i will gather my 2nd Wing and Weapon Eva-05 AND movie version Eva-02. I have been holding out doing pics till these 2 shipments, soon as i get them i'll make a big effort to show you some posey goodness.
