I am guilty of not reading the novels yet, but i am in the process of ordering the whole set. (hopefully the gold covers!) I will start reading all of them and then make more a educated judgement regarding the movie adaption. I really liked this movie, the battle at the end was extremely well done. A bit more biff, looked kick ass. The poor kids, people are going on about how they use the same spell over an over, but the fag teachers aren't teaching them anything! (thanks to the ministry). I think they did well at the end considering the lack lustre school they attend! And that old hag got it good, she was perfectly bitcky in this movie, made me really hate her. This movie was good! But of course the book will be better. The way i look at it, i see some of the movies first, and when i read the book, the voice actors voices pop up at me when i read, makes my reading more enjoyable. Luna is very cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She is trippy. Sirious better not be dead!!!!!!!!! He's the coolest!

I give the Ghost all round excellent marks. Besides it's landing gear it does jack all. But looks damn sweet attached to the Zero. But it's hard to swallow paying for a 2nd one.

Blue Thunder doesn't need to be re-done/re-told. Like Firefox, it's perfect.

NUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!! God no. lol I just like the feel that Eva has. End of the world kind of stuff. I feel like Macross hasn't touched or gone deep enough to make me feel like Eva does. Except in the tv series when Zentran blow the crap out of the Earth's surface... ohh yeah and DYRL? scenes where Misa and Hik are on Earth all alone, that was a dark feeling. And i LIKED IT!

That's exactly right, they stick to their set protocols. And i've come to except this fact, and just make sure i shop smarter with them, getting all i want included in one order, including early birds and so on. But if they just once step out of line that's got nothing to do with protocols, i will let them have it. But i'm sure they will do gerally the right thing by us.

Any more news on the special Berserker SOC Eva-01, wether it's out or if it's available to pre-order guys? Anyone here gonna go grab it? Perhaps the new movie version SOC Evas will have some decent extras?

top to bottom... hmm better looking to the not so boodiful... note non-canon and canon makes an impact on my list. CF 1A and Hik, Max, Millia 1Js are at the top Then Roy, Hiks 1S, Angel Bird, Kakizaki's 1A, Max 1A, Hik's 1A... Stealth, Low Vis 2, and Low Vis 1. Stealth, Low Vis 2 and Low Vis 1 are non-canon. So in my books they should not be put before the others. Low Vis 1 was dead last, even though debatably it looks the best and most unique, it's was limited run, and no one can just go in and buy it anymore. Plus it's non-canon. QC issues? Don't exist with any of my 1/48's (5 in total) and mostly were ironed out after the first couple of lines. So there. pfffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffttttttttttttttttttttttttt...

2 different heads? wtf ?_? I'm glad it attaches good atleast. Buying our own batteries is something i'm willing to put up with also. I can't wait to see it all lit up!

lol not cool with the jacking off remark. With your earlier post about the fixes and diseases, i'm dissapointed that the Leg FP's are not attaching well enough. I think the VF-0a Shins attach ok, but not well enough, i hate when i am on a chair, placing it on my 3rd level shelf in my cabinent (this is like 2 metres high almost, and the bloody thing comes off and bounces on the floor. >_< This happened like 5 times lol, but no breaks or bad marks... thankfully. lol I might just stick a little blue-tak under the legs if they are "as" bad as you say. Are they that bad? Mine is still on the way, hopefully next week. Might be lucky this week! I think Yang rocks. How well does the Fold attach? I think everyone has seen my mad angle my YF-19 is posed in... i hope it holds. >_<

A black VF-0 would be very interesting to see. I do want a Roy though... but i'll wait for the r/armour. I guess Nora will be my next 1/60 purchase................. HURRY UP WITH THE YF-21 DAMMIT!

I thought they opened at first too, but they don't, they are the same as the first Gen Revoltech Eva's, only have the swappable normal shoulder, and the opened prog/knife should. HLJ.com has confirming pics. I'm dissapointed about it, and i think i started that rumour, but that's only after i saw pics that certainly looked like it actually did open. I am also dissapointed that they "still" didn't include sheaths for the dual swords. Check out the hlj.com page for the new Eva-00 movie version... she comes packed with the Gatt gun and dual swords? How come Eva-01 doesn't get packaged with the swords? I know why, they want Eva-00 to be more appealing. And i have to say the new Eva-00 Yello scheme is growing on me. No shoulder packs and all.

hahah i loved that scene where Hikky was in between and all you see if Misa and Minny's boobs pointing at each other. I know who wins in that pic! I'm down for MISA. Millia, as hot and evil as she is, never appealed to me as a kid. It was always Misa misa misa, and minmay before Misa appeared in the series. Bridge bunnies fall into the Millia category. But a Misa DYRL? sculpt would be perfect. Her face was more elegant, more sexy. Like the side on view when Hikky was done with the assination, and they were panning out Misa's face before Minmay started to do the 1, 2, 3, 4 foot tapping. Her ears were longer even lol. Also that scene on Mars base, and when they were on Breetai's ship... win. Put me down for a Misa dammit!!!!!!!!!!!! Please. If it has to be a semi nude figure (cool! ) make it like she's half hanging out of her flight suit. We all know what happened down on earth when they were at the ancient city. I didn't vote either.
