  1. And, as i've always wondered, is it best to take out the batteries isntead of leaving in the Fold? (i use tweezersand not my fingers to grab them out, as i tough human sweat/acid does the battery no good?) I always did that, with my old Donkey Kong jr flip gamer, took the batteries out instead of leaving them in there as to prolong their life. I think it's an old wives/ruskiiVFaussie tale to be honest but you never know i might not be alone.
  2. you forgot to do the evil laugh! MUAHH AHahahaH ahHAHAHaHhahhhhahaHAHAHAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!1!!! (wizzes past million miles an hour) But how fast is crime though? That's what i want to know... people need to know these things.
  3. There is a trick to getting it stay in place, but patience is a virtue when connecting low powered magnets and legs that don't have a way to connect fully with the arms in between. I feel your pain don't worry. But overall it's not entirely futile to get stuck together.
  4. wow... get a good review dammit, and the wife will be making a train trip to Akihabara.......
  5. yessssss q-rau.......
  6. I don't really care for a larger size like the new Eva revys. Keep it small. And stuff the decals! TAMPO'D!
  7. I know what i'm going to do now... Revy will be my first sexy mecha girl conversion!!! Even just getting her to hold the gunpod... droooooooooooolllllnesssssssssssssssssssss.......... Providing it's the same size (not too big), but still.
  8. sweeeeeeeeeet. Just early birdied. Along with the new Eva Revoltech Early Birds as well. I was hoping it would come in before the 23rd! I'll see what other early birds i can shop around for as well. *edit* found a cheap Asuka one for 11 US.
  9. Ring Raiders. I can't remember all of the series, uhh if there was much to begin with, man maybe we did mail out to get the video i don't know, i think maybe we bought it in a pack, with some fighters if i recall. The series wasn't half bad! I remember a Tiger colour scheme Hornet that when they (pilots) punched their ring into the console, the whole jet started to armour up like the Batmobile (first movie) and was like all shiny steel. But the coolest part (only vividly remember this part) was when the old dude flying the Red Baron prop took out the Mirage enemy jet by tossing his wrench over his shoulder and then watched the thing self destruct. We bought a fair few of the jets, but never got the Ring Raider's Joy stick, which you connect on the jets, and had buttons with the sound effects (whooshing, lasers and so on). I also remember the bad guys base was a floating island with a big skull like hanger. I quite like the series, as a kid.
  10. btw guys the box is way smaller than what i said, only just a little over 30 cms. Small! I think Millia's wedding figure pack is still Yamato's smallest pack to date though.
  11. On the Yamato manual u get with the pack, they say LR-44. You need '3' of them. Of course, the LR-44 is the Japanese/Chinese code, and Australian batteries have the same, but also know as A-76.
  12. Ahh you picked up on it GA. Good job! Those Meltran, we all know what happens in Azonia's (DYRL? name?) Fleet when the pilots are off duty.
  13. Found it hidden with my old unbroken childhood memories stuff. I can't remember, as it has been ages, Wasn't this the jet that got the wrench thrown into the turbine by the old dude flying the prop? Maybe that was the miarge. Scourge was the pilots name? Anyways, this was my fav, hence why i kept it almost in decent nick. Underneath i took off the ring connection tabs so it's clean and straight underneath, like i should have when i was a kid. Bring back memories guys?
  14. Ala Hik's do or die battle against the Zentran Scout. Awesome. (just noticed the stupid cat hair on the gunpod! arrraggh) I WANT a Cannon Fodder, possibly 2, and i deffinently want Hik's 1S. (with FP/Strike).
  15. You know you want to. Highly collectable high end posing goodness!!!!
  16. Here's mine~!!!!! : D
  17. More displaying goodness... I changed my Hik 1S Strike around, i for the life of me couldn't get a better stance than what i had previous to this one, this is the best i can do, unfortunately the Ordance pods can't fit, other wise the arms had to be raised.' I like this pose, i tried to get it as close to the ending scene where it pans to Hik's 1S looking all cool in neautral floating stance and Hikaru & Misa confirm the assasination of Bodolza. I did a better angle but i need to take it off camera, i'll post it later today with other juicy poses pics...
  18. Besides the Pilot (mmm Maria Freed yummmmmmmm) i can't bring myself to liking the Grendizer. Funny how i have 3 figures/statues of Maria already haha. I love her flight suit design. Just appeals to me.
  19. lol cool, i need to check out the box to see how they packed it. The Ghost is significally larger than a Fold, more room needed than the Fold right?
  20. ... Is there a pre-order happening yet for the Tread/Legioos CMs yet? HLJ.com mostly of course...
  21. lol it's about 40 cms i think maybe less And no it's not a "flawless release" It don't got batteries! "awww nice try Yamato" (pats Yamato's back for trying) Yeah no problems QC wise... unless the back part of the Fold is supposed to light up... it's not supposed to ... is it? =o Only the front, and middle part of the Fold has LED light up right? (starts to worry) It doesn't look like it should anyways, i can't remember the FOLD light up video Yamato released on their site...
  22. AUD. Yes we aussie have it harder by far than all you HK, JAP, US and other r's. Don't get me started on shipping costs. Dante74, of course! The Ghost is essential to the YF-21's display life. Oh i'm gonna have fun displaying them... ohh baby
  23. Since the start of 1/48's for me... and i was even late coming into collecting them! I am glad i didn't start earlier. Even though my first Valk was the 1/60 VT-1 SuperO, the 1/48's were already past 2nd or 3rd production lines. But of course i got the VT-1 as it was my fav valk anyways. But my Hikky 1S 1/48 was the next fav!!!!!!
