the 48* is a work of art, and the fact that it is pretty much the elite biggest scale perfect transformation VF-1, it will always be respected! But 60* for the win. I'm having fantasies owning the VF-1S max, sparring with the 60* Q-Rau. I have even made room for the 1S Max already in the display!!! >_<

When i first wanted to get into collecting the perfect Valkyrie (being the 1/48 at the time) i found most of the info i needed here (pics/where to buys), and as i like to share and display my stuff, and most of the ppl here do too, it's an awesome home for us displayers/modifiers. Never got into collecting when i was younger, coz there was nothing that could satisfy me at the time (hated chunkies). Always been a huge Macross fan and even RT coz that's how i first viewed it as a kid, but always wanted to get into the adult toys market collecting ever since Hikaru held up the VF-4 (MAKE IT PLEASE YAMATO!!!!), no better place to dwell here. Also was a regular at RT.com for a while, we do these things when we are young and foolish but they were still good times.

A little disappointed with no wing flaps and air/brake. I use the wing flaps and airbrake quite alot... Will set the 1/48 apart more which is a good thing.

I was hoping it was going to be a landslide for the Valks (2-seaters and other mics Valks) over the normal line of Hero classes. But whatever. As long as Yamato will produce the VT-1 'll be a happy chappy.

Thanks man. Yeah i know what your trying to describe. For the extra height I can't. The display is really shallow, i have both the Valks placed on Flexi-Display stands, and the smaller ones at that. Nora's stand is practically flat LOL. The big b^tch's nose is pretty much a centimeter off from scraping. And i always wanted Shin's higher. Yeah i apologize for the pink, i just wanted the feathers to somehow match with Nora's colour scheme, but it's too homo. *rolls eyes* Had the anniversary yesterday, i'll try and fool around with the heights today. Would be nice if they mixed it up with 1 seater, than a 2 seater (probably the 1D) then a couple of 1 seaters then another 2 seater etc etc...

... so with some info gained here, G-Man may be able to persuade Yamato to release the new line for it's fans. Obviously we will get Roy's 1S first coz we seen pics already, but hopefully after Roy's 1S they haven't decided yet...

awesome re-paint, and that's just wow how Max's paint job looks, like, Translucent blue almost???? Perfect Squidd. Kinda cool if they brought out special releases for Max and Millia 1J Revy's with see through blue and red, kinda like a nod to the arcade game they first took to each other on.

Depth. If i didn't have as much feathers, all you would see would be the wood of the display, and that's what i meant by "adding more feathers". And if i had less that would defeat the purpose of the diorama. But eh. I will be updating it with pics so maybe you can see what i was trying to acheive, it's a work in progress, even though i am happy with it now. I want to add battroid poses in there too, which will be interesting. I'm not happy with Nora's tilt, but she is just so fricken huge, and the display isn't deep enough LOL.
