Thought i'd just add the ONLY thing i can't swallow sweetly is how the 1D is "smokey" in appearance. I know it's supposed to be weathering but it's something i'm not fond of. You have got my money Kurt when i get the scheme worked out for my custom 2 seater.

One thing you need to change (i know you need the actual product), But screw the landing gear down!!!!! Show it as if it is flying. With Yamato showing their Valkyrie's with landing gear down, is it just to show that's a feature? Can't they just show it on the inside flap instead, and leave the front as the pretty cover.

I saw this up for pre-order, but having the 1/72 and a Saga X-Wing, a third is a bit too much. The SAGA X-Wing would be close to 1/18 or 1/20 scale maybe, judging by the Revy figure and Saga Luke figure. Nuh, i'll wait for the 1/15 scale X-Wing! That would be MASSIVE.

What i could do is do up the wooden frame and commission you to do up the cardboard art thinghy that slides around the box. Would be lurvvvely. My box wouldn't be the same size as an Yamato box, no way, it will be just big enough to fit everything in. Really want to see your custom box Kicker773. Soon everyone will want to have a custom box. Yamato's suck so bad, who the hell would want to display it in the box with such bland display. No effort! Atleast with Bandai's Macross F license we will get better boxes at last. Yamato might actually listen.

Was there much difference in size compared to the first SOC line of Evas and to the SPEC and Rebuilds? I early bird pre-ordered this TV SPEC. I can change my mind later if i have to. I have the SOC Eva-01 and 2. This would be my forth SOC after Black Sarena. I was so impressed with my EVa-02 SOC i'm hooked. Also must admit Energer Z looks awesome.

what were the custom boxes like? (1/55's) I want to do up a proper 1/48 custom box for my custom scheme Valk... i was thinking of a wood box, with slots for strike and fp. and missile ordnance... Would wood be bad for the plastic? Of course i'd line the wooden slots/frame with red felt or something smooth like that to protect and not let the plastic come in contact with the wood.
