Been talking with Ben Burns (Regent Theatrette) and he has gotten back to me regarding how flexible the projectionist is, and it's good to know he's prepared to give us lots of options in regards to our cinema programme! Seeing how Battroid mode is supposed to be HUSH HUSH, and the Angel Bird squadron was just for pre-Macross-Launch celebrations headed by Roy, civvies weren't ever ever going to see Battroid mode, just fighter. Perhaps after the launch they were going to be changed back into fighter squad colours, or just brownie's (1A) again. Fighter mode Angel looks sexy. And i've just now remebered the 2 Angel Birds i bought were going to be customs (VF-1D and my VF-1custom scheme) *shrugs!*

One thing i do know is that i will NOT buy 1/60 v.2 versions of the Angel Bird, blech, it's all about fighter mode for me. And imo 1/48 wins over v.2 1/60 for fighter mode.

Not only are people paying out of the arse for (mind you very awesome) limited releases of 1/48 VF-1's like the TV Max 1A, but are also forgetting that alot of people are in it for the 1/60 Q-Rau pair up. YES! 1/48's will always be mighty fine, but are slowly dying. Hows the kits going mate??

No, there are no problems with my two Angels, and yes they are specially bought for NMB4M's 2 seater and 1 seater kits. 1 was bought from the hlj.com sale, and the 1st was from Kevin at Valk-Exchange, before the sale. I would go as far to say they are the TIGHTEST 1/48 out there. Nothing wrong with the Angel Birds or their scheme. Just that the 1A head sucks, compared to an 1S Angel Bird! He's so cooL!!! These figures are pure awesome. Hope they bring out Vegeta or Krillin next. And a young Goku! Even better a young Vegeta as well (GT), they already have a smaller figure mold with Kid Gohan. Don't know if i'd need any others.. my list is - Goku SS Vegeta SS Vegeta Kid Vegeta (GT) Krillin (kid or adult) Kid Goku My only other RAH i've got is the RAH Son Goku (Gold haired Monkey Magic) - and i'm having a hard time deciding to colour his hair black, or leave it gold (like the series, and Forbidden Kingdom movie recently!)
