Same here....I just paid my order of 2 1/48 Fast Packs from VE.....and I also traded in my YF-21 FP for Mylene's 1/60 Super and Strike Valkyries. Looks like I'll have to hold back on the Super and Elint for two or three weeks.

Ditto. But.....from the official website the 3D Fighter models look a little off. I hoping this game will at least be fun.....from AM-2's track record I'll be keeping my fingers crossed. Is the animated intro of the Sega Saturn's verisoin of DYRL going to relate to this game?

Well, IMHO there's no better time to start.....that's why I waited until the 3rd season was out (to start my collection).

I guess yesterday. $33.99 at Best Buy, $31.99 for King of the Hill (3-Disc set).

Almost forgot my favorite....King of the Hill. They're not too expensive (usually under $35.00) for each season. I just picked up the 3rd Season of the Simpsons yesterday. I haven't seen a couple of these episodes in a long time.

I just saw the Fry's Electronics ad...it's $49.99 (but I gotta wait until 4PM for pickup) plus you get a shirt and poster. How much is it going for at Best Buy?

It looks like they're sticking with Cybertronian vehilcel modes (which is pretty interesting). Hmmmmmmmmm. Which G1's did we see in their Cybertronian vehicle modes (from the first episodes)? -Bumblebee -Wheeljack -Soundwave (he was a freaking post) -two jets similar to Starscream (triangular shape) -Lazerbeak -Shockwave I really wanted to see Megs and Primes Cybertronian mode. Oh well.

Yep, I also got one for my two sets. Any idea when they are expected to arrive stateside??? My guess is that they'll be released in Japan the first week of September, give it a week at the least for the Fast Packs distributors to reach the United States. Estimated date of arrival should be September 8th to the 12th (maybe).

Give it a rest guys.......literally.

Does Shoji Kawamori have any input on the release of these Macross games? Did he have any part in the production?

I thought he did an admirable job designing the Yamato (in Yamato 2520), it's too bad it didn't go farther than one or two episodes.

The sad thing is I still haven't found the FLCL boxset edition.

I gotta agree with the previous responses. The similarities couldn't be farther from the truth, sure we're in the middle of a war. But it's for totally different reasons that it shouldn't share iwth Macross.

Welcome to da new MW boards Noriko Takaya. We were wondering when you'd make it back, let's hope we're closer to a Gunbuster DVD (I'm keeping my fingers crossed but they're getting kinda sore.....one can only cross them so long).

I also hope the Destroid Monster will have a detailed cockpit with space for three pilots. Maybe Yamato will include three pilots with the Monster package, then make them interchangable with the other Destroid's.

Actually....I was going to add my Soul of Popynica Space Cruiser Yamato to the list. I don't have much but it's one of my "jewels". B)

I'm still crossing my fingers for an Arch Enemy Series? Possibly from the 0083: Stardust Memories OAV (and movie). Are you getting this Bandai? It would make for a GREAT November/December release. Just think.....it could be Bandai's answer to Yamato's eventual Monster.

Probably. I don't think Yamato would waste any more money to market different sets of 1/48 Fast Packs. My guess is that they're gonna be interchangable like a mutha f..........well you know what I mean. I'm sure the sticker sheet will include the Skull Logos (and numbers) for all DYRL pilots.
