As a fairly long time video game enthusiast (I grew up watching my Dad and older brother play Pac-Man and Yar's Revenge on da Atari 2600) I decided to go with the Nintendo Virtual Boy. At least the other systems you listed had decent titles. From what I remember the Virtual Boy NEVER made it off the ground.

I guess it depends on how bad the paint chipping on the diecast is. Personally, if I had to sell my 1/48's I'd let them go for $110 shipped. B)

Keith hit the nail right on the head. Unless Big West has plans to commemorate the 20th Anniversary of DYRL (which Graham said they weren't really sure of at that time), the FX DVD is the best bang for your buck. B)

Quick question. Is there a list where I can find MOST of the Easter Egg's in DYRL (i.e. animator in-jokes). Such as the HORY FROATING head sitting next to Minmay or the King of Beers micromissile?

While we're on the topic of Evangelion. Has anyone heard any new news about the live action Evangelion? B)

I'm not sure if a solution has been found to this problem. But I really don't like the way the Fast Pack Arm Armors are stored in Fighter Mode, they're quite stable on my VF-1A. It's too bad I can't say the same thing about the VF-1S. If I don't pick it up by the Leg Armors the gunpod automatically drops...... Has anyone found a solution to keep the Fast Pack Arm Armors from slipping off the Leg pegs?

I'm not sure about some of you, but I think these were posted a couple of months ago. I remember some of you debated whether the storyboards were actually legit, now it's all coming full circle (with the GBP-0S armor, destroids, etc.). Episdoe 3 is going to rock da cazbar. B)

Whoa....I guess the television transformation truely was "anime magic". Is that supposed to be a switch on the backpack? I also hope this is shots of a prototype version b/c the paint job makes it seem that way. B) pics though.

Really? Maybe it's because I've only seen a coupe of Gundam movies (Char's Counterattack, Stardust Memories, and F91), but 0083 is one of my favorite Gundam movies of all time. I pretty much fell in love with the movie (that's what confuses me.....was 0083 a series or movie.....where did Stardust Memories come from?) when I saw the Dendrobium fight the Neu Ziel. The mecha was actually the saving grace of the series...... B)

Alright, I anyone else keeping up with this series? I just watched Episodes 20 and 21, and it's probably the first (maybe second) time I've TWO back to back episodes about the Laughing Man arc. B) Lemme tell ya.....you guys will LOVE Episode 21. Great shades of the movie.........

I was heavily into Squaresoft games around Final Fantasy 7.........that was the first game to totally pull me in the FF mythos. I ended up beating the game and haven't played another FF since (well I picked up FF8 but couldn't get into it......hated the junction system) FF7. I'd have to say FF7 is my favorite........along with Parasite Eve (is there going to be a third installment.....Aya Brea is hot), Xenogears, and Einhander. B)

I'm think MW'er Drad has a LOT more info about this series....he should be helpful with any info you might need. Is the series already available on E-Bay? B)

Hey BuzzLightYear.....the SAME problem happened with my Hikaru VF-1A. I just added a drop or two of Crazy Glue and it's as good as new. B)

I'm with Britai 7018 too.....if you're looking for a large selectioni of mecha games (with heavy support from overseas companies) then go with the PS2. As much as I like the X-Box I don't see Microsoft delving into the anime genre like the PS2 has.......Sony has better game developers. B)
