I agree with Agent Zero.......I'm kinda getting tired of the 1/48 VF-1 lineup (the VF-1J might be my last one). A SDF-1 or VF-4 will change my mind. OR the 1/48 Macross Plus Valkyries.

I haven't seen the Matrix Revolutions yet (no spoilers please) but I doubt they'll be able to pump out the DVD (even though most of the extras, commentary, etc. were done a LONG time ago) by the end of 2003. I wonder what was the FASTEST (and successful) movie to make it to DVD (so quickly). If this DOES happen I'll be one happy pappy.

Personally I always thought Hikaru's VF-1S heatshield was supposed to be BLACK. But, the "WHAT COLOR WAS _______'s HEATSHIELD" thread in the old MacrossWorld Forums made me think twice. NOW I dont' really care if it's red or black. Because of all the Heatshield animation mistakes in DYRL this topic will never end. But, in Yamato's eyes I guess the decision was easy for them. In DYRL Roy's Heatshield was Yellow or Black. Max's Heatshield was Blue or Black (wasn't it) Hikaru's Heatshield was Red or Black. I think someone needs to ask the HORY FROATING HEAD for closure.

It's a memorable anime with excellent character (albeit extremely moody at times) and mecha designs. It's takes a couple of episodes before most of the main characters are introduced. But, once all the characters are in place it's a GREAT ride. The final movie (End of Evangelion) WILL screw with your head.

It's apples and oranges man.....apples and oranges. With Robotech: Battlecry the producers created an enormous amount of missions. This is probably the ONLY area where I think R:BC surpasses CJM. But hey......CJM had to follow a set storyline. With R:BC the producers could (almost) take liberties with the Robotech storyline. <_<

Does anyone have the SNK NeoGeo Pocket (Color System). I've heard these lil' suckers are selling for 75% off the normal cost. I saw one at Fry's Electronics and didn't really look into it, now that I've found out it's backlit (and with a GREAT selection of fighting games) I'll be picking one up. Well?
