I always thought the Macross Plus Valkyries (in 1/48 scale) would require more than two hands to transform.

Since this really isn't a Macross Toy and/or Model this post might be better in the Anime and Science Ficiton Forum. Besides, there's also an ongoing thread about Toynami's Masterpiece Alpha Fighter (in that Forum). From what other MW'ers have said it's going to retal around $80.

Are you planning to mod Sideswipe anymore Solscud? I wonder if they're still going to make a Binaltech Prowl. If they use the Subaru mold (uh.....again) it'll probably look like THIS (E-BAY AUCTION LINK).

I had the Fast Pack version a couple of months ago. Like the other posts have previously stated the Fighter Mode is a lot nicer (with the sleek profile). The Fast Pack upgrades are a nice touch, and you can't go wrong with dual gunpods. Although, like the original Yammie YF-21 it tends to topple over (like a woman with HUGE implants) due to it's heavy chest.

Make a quick trip to 24 (Hour Fitness) and do some weight training, cardio, and check out women wearing skimpy outfits. Maybe some PS2 (Socom II, FFX, or Madden 2004), watch DVD's (King of the Hill Season 2 right now), or talk to RP (know what I mean).

While we're on the subject of Knight Rider I remember there was an episode where KITT was destroyed (or......really F'ed up badly). I don't know if that's considered a death sequence, but that ARMORED/ASSAULT truck was really trashing KITT. Anyone remember that episode?

For it's time (early nineties) Macross II was pretty decent. Tons of action but it didn't bring anything new to the table. The soundtrack has a couple of catchy tunes (Hush of A Million Years and Deja Vu are two of my favs), very memorable mecha (VF-22S, Metal Siren, and Macross Cannons), and decent characters.

Is that the FX box set? Or the AC set? It's the MI (Manga International Set) Just a warning. The first 3 DVD's are in 5.1 Audio. The last DVD is only 2.0 Dolby. Still. It's an EXCELLENT rip, but alas....the subs aren't as good as the ones by Laughing Man (no pun intended).

As much as I'd like to get BOTH DVD cases. I don't have enough spare change for the SDF: Macross DVD's..........I voted for the M+ DVD's only.

It's around the 7 minute mark. I don't even see what the big deal is. Jeez, two little fingers and Shin is already butt hurt.

After all these years this is probably the ONLY movie I'm still looking for (on DVD - Region 2 Rip). Does ANYONE know where I can find a good subbed version? I really don't want the butchered American version.

A7 is right. Stand Alone Complex just started their 2nd Gig (second season) too. I can't wait to see the first couple of episodes.........

I'm still expecting Kawamori to pull a fast one and somehow let the VF-1 make a cameo in the last two episodes of Macross Zero. But. Aside from the obvious beauty marks I think we're gonna see one of the MOST detailed VF-1's in Macross history. CG doesn't lie......and I wanna see how they handle it's "anime physics". Swingbars anyone?
