I've NEVER seen an episode of Casshan but this live action version looks simply amazing. Can any MW'ers recommend a good website where I can find more info about this anime?

I'm all with dat eriku. I'm glad that Hasbro is giving Transfans a cheaper way out (with Takara's Binaltech line). From what I've heard the next Binaltech is supposed to be a Subaru WRX (Silver or Bluestreak?). That's super! But, since I already have the Binaltech Smokescreen why do I need ANOTHER one with a different paint job (hehehehehehehe)? Besides, I picked up the Alternator Sideswipe two weeks ago and it's just as good (albeit VERY light). I'll probably pick up the BT Hound though......

I don't think Mari Iijima has done that much seiyuu (sp?) work. Is it true that she's doing the voiceover work for the new Cy Girls series? The only Mari Iijima CD I have is her "Mari Iijima sings Lynn Minmay" one.

Ouch. Batou seems to be losing his touch, I don't think he's ever had some much trouble with petty thugs. But from what it seems it looks like that was a planned "hit". Where's Aramaki? No Major? The CG is looking AWESOME. Some of the most detailed action segments I've ever seen. Just check out those cans of food and shattering glass. WOW.

Don't get me wrong.....I also like the way Enterprise is heading. Personally, I'm liking it a lot more than TOS or VOY. It's too bad that the oversaturation that Trek divided most of the fans into their respective camps.

Well. I guess I better update MY Yamato list. I decide to sell all my 1:60's and 1:72 Yammies. Now. All I have left are my 1:48's. VF-1A Hikaru Ichijo Super Valkyrie VF-1S Roy Focker Strike Valkyrie I'm currently looking for a VF-1J Hikaru Ichijo. I'm hoping Yamato will still release the GBP Armor (because I don't intend on picking up the TV Fast Packs).

If the MSRP for these puppes is around the $40 to $50 range I might pick one of them up. It's been YEARS since I've had an Alpha Fighter flying through my house.

I don't think we'll ever get a definite answer about the Heatshield question. In DYRL Roy's VF-1S either has a black or yellow heatshield. Max's VF-1S either has a black or blue heatshield. Those damn animation errors really divide the fans...... I guess someone at Yamato had to make a choice. For their Hikaru VF-1S (I think) they chose RED.

I'm not sure if this should belong in this thread, but I don't think I've ever seen this image before. Does anyone know which Macross artbook (or print ad) this is from? I'd also like to find this pic without the funky text. I really like the flow of Minmay's movement.

Hahahaha. His Animefied Strongbad looks like something you'd see in a Mega Man video game. I swear I've heard that music somewhere......I just can't place my finger on it.

LOL. I just took a look at the pics, the face kinda looks like the Ultimate Warrior. It also could use a bit of work in the detailing department, and I really hope this is a hard prototype. I'm keepin my fingers crossed for a Vehicle Voltron.
