From what was shown on the trailer there are brief uses of color, not the the extent where it's used to move the story (a la HERO). But for brief situations where they want to show the passage of time (like the little girl wearing the coat in Schindler's List). I've NEVER read Frank Miller's graphic novels so I'm at a loss. It sure looks GREAT though.

^ Which DYRL DVD did those subtitles come from? I have the Perfect Edition which has (IMHO) horrid subtitles.

This new Voltron is also growing on me, but the price is rather steep considering we haven't seen any gimiks so far. IF they release a Vehicle Voltron I'll be even happier. BTW. Which is the newer set of pics? The painted (which doesn't look right) or the prototype (where you can see the details)?

Alright I'm back from my 1:15 showing of Apocalypse. For my money I'll take the Dawn of the Dead's brooding zombies over Apocalypse's lively zombies anyday. The director did a decent job of giving us some video game-ish scenes (with the Nemesis smashing through walls). Some of Alice's superpowers were just a BIT over the wall. But I gotta give top billing to Jill Valentine...... . I wonder where they're gonna take the 3rd movie.

there's a new song? i thought it was the same old song Well. I've only listend to ONE Samurai Champloo soundtrack and that song wasn't on it. But as far as I can tell it's a brand new song. (There were only two tracks with vocals on that OST. Battlecry and Shinki No Uta.)

Does anyone on MW know where I can find the Region 2 release on DVD (that include subtitles)? I've seen it on animenation.com but there's NO way that I'm paying $70 for a friggin DVD. Lemme know if someone has it on DVD. THX!
