    Wow. UCLA charges at least $143 per night for their use of their Guest House. Lowest rate I've found so far is $112 per night at Royal Palace Westwood. Any suggestions fellas?

    It looks like we'll have a great turnout for this concert. According to the AX website almost 1000 tickets have been sold. Not bad.
