From what I understand the theaters in California have been ordered to be crap down again and I’m not sure if they will reopen anytime soon. I don’t think I would pay a rental price for this one especially if it’s a crazy high price like Milan, but if it shows up free then I’ll probably check it out.

I like the animation style they used for Tom and Jerry, but hate the mix of live action

I kinda had a feeling they would go that route. I only saw info for the red last night. I do at least want one blue. The head and neck look like it has different details that would make it a bit difficult to just do a repaint.

I wasn’t super excited til I noticed that they come with little dudes. Are these gonna be about the same height as the other hmr toys? Just curious since the pilots have joints and was wondering about scale and overall height. The pilots do look simpler than sh figuarts, so I figure they are a smaller scale.

I think the big fail there for me are the super tiny feet. Vrooms, need big feet for the wheels

I heard this was canceled a while back and hate to say that I’m almost getting used to how Netflix treats shows with a fandom. Every time I get into something it seems they are quick to cancel and it’s very disappointing no matter what the reason is.

From oddly obscure films like Zadoz to iconic roles like 007, And even great secondary characters like Ramirez in Highlander or the elder dr Jones in last crusade, he was definitely great at what he did. He was so iconic my parents named me after him. My father was a big James Bond fan and my mom just liked Sean Connery. He had such a great voice that even parodies of him seemed more like tributes than insults.

Teccotoys' "Age Of Mecha" - Kickstarter
Big s replied to Kurisama's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
Their YouTube page doesn’t have many views, so I think it’s more a matter of the concept being good but nobody really knows about the product. If they had a way of getting out the information things could be different. I do wish the company luck on this project. -
It looks like the face sculpt is fine, but the hair on his face and on the top of his head look rushed. It gives an odd effect that changes the look in a dramatic way

Teccotoys' "Age Of Mecha" - Kickstarter

I’ve been subscribed to his YouTube channel for a while and the recent update videos look great. I really like the making of the prototype videos and love the concept. Start with a small poseable 1/35 scale human, add armor extra cool armor or just give the figure mecha that he sits in. There was also an episode of tested earlier this week and he gave them a couple of custom figures including an Adam Savage. -
There were some other planned shows for Hulu like Howard the duck that I’ve been hearing may be shelved. I do hope they get made.

I really liked him in Motörhead, but for some odd reason I never picked up many of the Fastway albums.

It is a thin panel, but I do think there’s enough space for at least separate color parts or could have been designed with lights in a different way. The shoulders and a few other spots have those reflectors as well

The stickers I was complaining about are the signal ones. The easiest ones to see are on the knees. I just think that on a high priced super advanced perfect grade kit that those should at least be separate plastic or maybe should have a light gimmick. Instead they just used basic colored foil stickers

I think the lower arms are a bit clunky looking and there seem to be details that are actually just stickers from the video description. I think I’ll wait on this one. It also looks far more traditional than the concept image a bit back. I do like the overall style, just would like to see more before buying

I feel like Dragon Slayer is a bit better than mediocre, the effects and mood are great. But it does drag a bit. And I think that there is great potential to do better these days. So many movies about dragons deal with a story about how they are the last of their kind. It would be nice to see one where dragons are a common sight, just still a creature you probably wouldn’t want to mess with unless you really know what you’re doing.

My favorite dragon live action film will always be Dragon Slayer. Id like to challenge Hollywood to top that. It’s really not the absolute greatest movie, so it shouldn’t be too hard.

I’d like to see some modern toys from the old show. Maybe a with a bit updated detail

I think it was just anime magic. Sort of like the giant hands thing

The odd thing is that the upper arm has a swivel under the shoulder ball joint on the left arm internal structure, but the right has solid armor to block the movement. And in the above anime picture it looks like the ball of the shoulder armor is drawn separate from the upper arm armor to allow a swivel, but the animators made it swivel at the elbow

I’ve never been a fan of the Zeong before, but this one is looking tempting. Probably the coolest looking rendition so far
