    I think it was said earlier that target had an early run and then the other places like bbts were gonna start selling them soon. I don’t think these are exclusive to target from what I’ve heard

    Just noticed that amazon has the rifftrax version of mega force as a free watch. Gonna add it to my list and check it out this weekend

    I’m pretty sure he loves acting and probably wants to stay relevant by doing as many films as possible. I really don’t think it’s a money issue. Maybe he even likes the excuse to just get out of the house to do something. They fly him to all kinds of locations.

    I had three of those. The rhino, the stinger and the vampire. Never got the ones I really wanted, but I was happy with what I had.

    After doing a bit of crappy research on this Mega Force, I think my familiarity comes from the Southpark and team America references to it. I tried to find some stuff on YouTube like an actual trailer for the film, but found mountains of parody mash ups of scenes that probably were better than what I actually was searching for. Now I kinda want to see it because it looks so horrible and silly and I don’t know if that’s intentional or not.

    I kinda noticed that a while back. The knee joints and elbows and those hip armor parts were kinda like how you designed your versions. I could see how someone might come up with the rest accidentally, but those other parts mentioned above are like a signature to how yours were made. Then they oddly enough didn’t copy the better proportions. I really did feel like these were a knock off of your hard work

    Watched the first episode, and so far I really like this one. It’s very grounded but bonkers at the same time.

    I find the subject interesting. Maybe it would work as something elaborated upon in an unrelated series, but as a series of its own, would probably fail

    Honestly, I was thinking about another Megaforce named franchise. The record company that put out the first Metallica album also had that same name. I guess it was a popular thing back in the early 80’s. Not sure if I heard of this particular one, but it looks familiar

    Hope they post something cool. I do still think that an easy one for them would be the missile variants for the regult or at least add on packs for it. But I’d love to be surprised and see some of the armors

    I think the design is kinda growing on me a bit more, but I feel like they could have put a clear piece in the shoulder as well rather than an effect sticker. I may not get the hg kit, but maybe a rg or mg might really show off those parts and take advantage of those extreme panel details

    I still wouldn’t count her as the pilyof the gundam, just a stand in. I guess the mkII might also count, but the Alex was the first one to only be used by a female pilot, but even then it wasn’t supposed to be hers. If I remember correctly they wanted Amuro to get it

    She was kinda getting with the Zaku pilot not the chubby dude, but either way she was the first female animated gundam pilot, although I wouldn’t count her as the main character of 0080.

    I don’t know if I like them or not, but definitely unique. The colors and clear parts do stand out on the new main clown gundam. The purplish one looks a lot like an ibo badguy

    Not gonna lie, I kinda like that song too. Totally beats most of the music most people are blasting these days.

    The 3D printing is definitely getting better. It’s getting to the point where the layer lines are getting harder to see year by year. We may just be all downloading kits in 20 years rather than buying straight from the hobby companies. Things like colored and even moving parts are happening as well. Maybe they’ll even have a simple inexpensive way to program painting the full kit one day down the line. Just program a simple weathering or complex cell shading or maybe even intricate graphics to the model. Until then just gotta get your hands dirty

    I feel like it kinda started with the gamers trying to make the minis look like the painted cover art, then the anime fans with their resin figure kits and things went all kinds of wild from there. I feel like whatever anyone wants to do they will find a way to turn a basic kit into a work of art
