I’d say to still wait and see the other offers. The base 10% off at USA gundam store may knock a good chunk off the price and there are other sales that may be going on with the holiday coming up. And don’t forget about places that you may have accumulated points at. Not everyone has cheap shipping though and things definitely need a bit of research.

Don’t stress. Just take it easy. There’s no rush at this point just shop well and you may find a great price some place.

I know the wwm stuff definitely isn’t as big a deal in the U.S. stores compared to how fast things sell out in Japan. But I wonder if the stuff from plus will be more popular. Most of the other items seemed to stick around and were very easy to find on sale later at several stores, but most of the American fan base hadn’t seen Frontier or delta. I’d be really curious to see what would happen if they were allowed to sell the vf-1’s

Go to one that gives a discount if the prices are similar. USA Gundam store gives regular discounts and sales that could knock a decent chunk off the price, other sites have pretty good point discounts as well. There won’t be a rush and you can take your time shopping

I’d be interested to see one from wave to go with their recent kits. oddly Hasegawa has done only vf-1 and 0 variants and nothing else. I get the feeling that Max Factory will probably do the yf-19 since they’re already doing the vf-19. Not sure which company at this point will do what these days

Well F..K Hasbro!!!!saw these up for preorder at bbts and instantly added them to the cart. I wanted a shadow demon from the Hasbro set, but this is even better since it’s two shadow demons. Hank can actually pull back the bowstring in a firing position and I’d imagine these will also have the usual cool boxes rather than the crappy hasbro ones. The price might be twice as much, but the articulation and packaging seem to be twice as cool as the Hasbro stuff.

I didn’t add this one to my wishlist since I figured that it’s inevitable. I can’t see Hasegawa going through so much trouble with the movie version and not recolor the plastic and add a new pilot. Still hoping they ad standing figures of the happy couple

My 2024 wishlist is a bit simpler in that I kinda want just one item more than most right now. I’d love to see a great kit of the DYRL Nousjadeul Ger to go with the movie version of the Queadluun Rau. As far as 2025 goes I’d like to see the tv versions of both of those suits. Although if they came out sooner, I wouldn’t pass them up

I’m getting some 1/72 scale figures in as a bonus with the next batch of front missions kits later this week. If all goes well and they detailed the eyes decently I’ll post a quick thing about how I do small figure eyes. basically on small scale after the flesh base is set then I do a panel lining usually with a brown or tan to have a line to base the eyes on. Then I use a little dull white for the eyes. Then to do the pupils, I like using water color pencils or colored pencils since they can be sharpened to a point you can just do a little spot of color like a blue or green and then you can take a mechanical pencil and just put a dot over that. After that you can top coat it and you can add a little gloss to it if you want.

I’m pretty sure it’s using mostly parts from their old kit and that had a gear down option. I’ll check and see the description if it mentions it just checked and the description was a bit odd. It says the legs can be set in a parked state, so I’m pretty sure they mean gear down

Yeah, no problem. Just remember that if it says January release that it’s still January until it’s February for toys’n kits. And that’s as long as there are no delays. luckily, I haven’t really noticed any delays for moderoid kits

He got an instant promotion when everyone else either went mia or kia. I gotta do a rewatch since it seems that once Hikaru returns he got promoted and not sure about the head on kakizaki. Kinda wondering if he at least got a 1J , but I’m pretty sure it’s a 1A when he gets splodied

That’s a nice build. Looks great and love the stand i love the moderoid ED209. That’s a nice big kit. I recently preordered the Robocop to go with. I’m not sure if it’s too wide though. Sometimes I look at pictures and Robocop looks thinner to the sides and other times a bit wider. The model looks a bit on the wider side of things. I’m gonna try experimenting with some metallics to see if I can get that treated titanium look without overdoing things. It’s something I really haven’t tried much, but I figured it’s not a rare kit and will be easy to replace in case I totally screw up

It says January release. Usually expect that when it gives a month that it will be at the end of that month. So if it says January it will probably be sometime in the last few days of January rather than the beginning. I’ve noticed this with most toy and model products. It’s not exactly a stiff rule, but kinda the pattern
