    I honestly didn’t realize until last night after reading this here that they made that mistake again. The great thing about the Predator is that not only are they creepy unseen killers, but that they gruesomely take trophies. This movie is was already sounding too tame, but now it’s a bit too silly for me to care about. I may still check it out on D+, but I’m really not excited about it.

    As soon as I can get me some top coat, it will be done. It’m just doing panel lining and the decals on that guy

    Been hearing that the looks and sounds are great, but the acting and script are terrible. Basically a pretty waste of money and should just wait for D+ or just skip it altogether

    Oh, it’s Awsome and surprisingly cheap most of the time. Basically a larger real grade kit with inner frame and waterslide decals and color separated parts, but for ten to twenty bucks depending on where you find it. A total bargain. It does have warnings about solvent based paints, but I found that a quick top coat seems to protect it well enough, just ran out after the inner frame assembly and need to get some more before adding decals. A great kit for a lazy build since everything is already in the proper colors

    Poly caps don’t hold up as well on the bigger kits like master grades and they’ve kinda switched to a styrene that’s more like ABS that holds up better. a lot of the Chinese kits are all ABS, like my Iron Sickie🤮. I still love that they’ve rereleased that kit a few times and haven’t corrected that awesome typo It does get a bit more risky with lacquer thinners though.Seen a few people online getting cracks on unpainted kits when using panel liners and that really wasn’t a thing with the older styrene. Gotta at least top coat kits these days.

    Not sure why they even have to go there. Leo has been a bit chubby lately, is he just gonna roll after his enemies?

    I’d almost get that predators could understand English or at least some earth languages. They’ve been recording and sometimes using those recordings to mimic their Prey even in the older movies. Not saying they understood those recordings then, but maybe down the line. I don’t really have an understanding of their home world society, since they haven’t given much info on it, and it seems to change somewhat every few years for even the slightest bit of info we have on them. Personally I think the less we know about them the better. Alien keeps making the mistake of giving us too much background information and it’s usually disappointing

    Not only that, but an android communicating and making buddies is kinda a bit too soon. The next movie will be a buddy movie where androids aliens and predators are just on a road trip

    I’ve always loved that design. I still have the hg in my ever expanding backlog, but having to do those seams on eight large identical parts was kinda the thing that kept me away. I do want to get to it one day though

    That usually goes the other way. I often see an uncolored prototype and it usually will look far more impressive once all the colors are added to it. This thing in the other hand just gets uglier and uglier

    Yeah, still not good. Looks like the legs are having a tough time holding its weight despite being extra thick

    They did just announce the armored 1J, those will definitely be coming up sooner than later. I wasn’t expecting the armored one until at least next year, they’re moving along much faster than I expected

    He’s super ugly, but that’s why I love him. Sometimes pretty is boring and gotta get something different for a change and this is definitely different and is awesome for it

    I’m pretty sure that the Batman baddie that looks like poo, but used to be a good lookin dude. If I remember correctly, he can temporarily mold his slop to look like someone else. Kinda one of those guys that has an extremely amazing artistic talent, but doesn’t realize he could easily make of fortune as a sculpture artist, or in this case as the sculpture itself I don’t really know about this Supergirl, she seems like a total mess. Constantly partying and getting trashed and leaving her dog behind because she’s trash.

    I really didn’t see any potential for the Snyder films. But the new Superman really missed the mark. My biggest complaint is still skipping all the character development and just jumping straight into things without giving us a chance to care about who these people are. that being said, I don’t really see a whole lot of potential in the new dcu either. The best thing they have upcoming is The Batman 2 and that’s not even part of either. Maybe the next reboot will give us a good Superman that’s not too much of a joke or a sad emo and can just give us a hero with some heart and can gradually build his backstory into something epic

    Finally got around to Black Rabbit on Netflix. It’s one of those out of order stories. It stars Jude Law and Jason Bateman as brothers where Law’s character seems at first to be the more on the straight and narrow while Bateman is nothing but trouble…..big trouble. Just about every character is in over their heads with ambition or relationship issues and it makes for a bit of a high stress show, definitely entertaining and luckily just a limited series, so everything gets tied up in the end.
