Sometimes a movie can make far more than it’s budget worldwide, but I guess other things like hardcore marketing can cost far more than the budgets and I’d imagine that spending on that one was quite a bit. I remember a lot of commercials for it compared to the more recent film that seems to mostly just have a YouTube spot here and there.

I still really enjoy the high energy of their first two albums. They had an almost desperate kinda sound, like if they play hard and fast that they might just starve to death and it made for a really aggressive sound compared to their albums that came later

Mercy Rabbit is definitely back, but not too sure if that’s the final art for the box. Some of the other kits recently had shown different art at the shows than what ended up on the actual box, but they are getting close to that supposed deadline for the tv Queadluun Rau release and maybe it is just needing a background.

I’m actually hoping those come from Bandai in the hg lineup

Looks Awsome. The articulation sounds good as well.

Kinda curious about articulation. I know there are a lot of joints, but there’s also a lot of armor that probably block movement, just wondering about its range of motion

Definitely not a Sith, he was. Knight of Ren and Stimpy or something

Watched the first episode of Ha Ha You Clowns on Max or HBO Max or whatever it’s called these days. It’s a new adult swim show that I knew nothing about. I had a few minutes to spare and the first episode is only 12 minutes, so I figured that if I hated it that I wouldn’t have lost much time. Honestly, since I went in with no information about the show, it was a complete surprise. There’s definitely some adult humor, but I guess I kinda figured it would be more of the adult cartoon style done to death kinda shows. The characters are fairly dimwitted, but the difference here is that the characters aren’t naturally aggressive and the show really doesn’t deal with hateful or even spiteful humor the way most modern adult cartoons do things. If not for a few adult jokes, I’d actually say this is the most wholesome tv show I’ve seen this century. It’s definitely not the smartest show and doesn’t have a lot of big gags or anything, and nobody is antagonistic, but I really liked this for being such a different type of show. Basically it’s a household about Three meat heads and their father after the mother had passed away and just trying to work together to get through a rough emotional situation, but everyone has eachother’s back. Anyway, if you’re looking for something different than the usual then this might be a good way to spend 12 minutes of free time

I actually liked the character as a crazed baddie in the first and maybe even second film, but the third film went so far off the bent rails from the second movie, that there was no way that train wasn’t going off a cliff. Let the sequels be and move on and please don’t do a prequel type story either

Definitely. It looks like the times it was made in, and actually a bit ahead of its time in many ways

They’re available on their own website and a few oddball spots that sell third party items. Haven’t seen them on too many of the bigger places though

Oddly a lot of hobby and toy shows end up with a few booths that don’t allow pics or videos. It even happens with games as well. Sometimes it’s due to licensing and other times it’s due to incomplete items and other times it’s something that just can’t be explained by reasons unknown

Or just leave it alone and watch Turbo Kid instead if you really need that 80’s vibe

The 'Hey look at this really cool model build I saw' post

That’s what happens when you don’t refrigerate your Sazabi and forget about for too long -
That’s the way it always goes. I had a resin 3D printed cannon set for a Geara Doga heavy weapons set come in and a week later Bandais is showing off that there is an upcoming Geara Doga heavy weapons set type at the recent hobby show. I was just thinking about how much work it would be to smooth out the resin one, but I already bout it and probably will just stick with that

They’re usually three months behind and in the awkward political issues, shipping too BBTS may be even more delayed than usual. I’d hang in there if I were you. They’ll definitely give notice if something changes

That will make a pretty cool display. I bet that sparkly gold looks way better in real life. It even looks good in the pics, but I know cameras can rarely catch how great metallics actually look. Can’t wait to see this one finished

Yeah, I think that’s a great bonus with these for sure. Who needs a hard to find 1A, unless you’re really just interested in that Kakizaki figure they included. The lil people are so awesome and I’m glad they’re packed in these kits.

Necromancy is more socially acceptable than necrophilia. Anyway, better late than never
