    Been a great trip. Made my work days much more interesting and am slowly working through the older casts. Thanks for everything. For example, I now know why Shammy is considered a mass murderer! Can't wait for the analysis and the news about how Delta permeates through Japan in the months to come.

    Ideas when these might become generally available? I missed out on the HMR Max and am also kicking myself for it, though at $260 shipped, I'm not as mad about missing out on this. I'm even considering going the 1/72 and Mecha Colle route for all of my Delta needs unless the DX's became a lot easier to find. Geez, I even find myself thinking about knock offs, though, something tells me there won't be for Delta unless it somehow takes China by storm.

A shame the authors' aren't Anime fans, sure this would have been a nice addition to the article.

    You know, I do wish the inclusion of the Megaroad would be the opening salvo in that fight and that, essentially, it would lead to more content featuring those characters. As I posted in the "What do you want in Delta Movies" thread, I want more and there so many directions that it can go, but before I get all ashy and flaky, I want to see the holy trinity again.

    I don't want a retelling, I want more stories. I want to see them a 1 (or 5) year(s) later, I want some Megaload action. I want Mikumo backstory scenes and Mirage finding her groove WITHOUT Hayate. Some NUNS off shoot can be the bad guys, trying to re-use the mind control equipment, then we can see some combined Windemerean and Xaos sorties (But years later in some other feature or media, I want a Marvel style funeral with Mirage in attendance and the flame rekindled with Hayate - maybe Mirage could be Hayate's daughter flight instructor or something). I'm fine with Delta, I just want more.

    I'm satisfied. Admittedly, my bar for this show wasn't as high as many of your's. I actually think that very few Windermereans being defeated in combat speaks to the fact that they have superior reflexes and that when they are experienced pilots, it takes a Windermerean to defeat another. That, and or heart failure. I still need to see it with subs as I know maybe 10 words of Nihongo apart from Utada no Kaze. Likes: - we didn't get a cheap Lady M scene - because it leaves it for a bigger movie reveal ! - Freya is still alive and kickin' - Marianne is on the mend - Roid's glasses are now state property - Armory-things on VF-31's - White Drakens - Draken's with swords - holy crap!!! - Kumo-kumo breaking her bonds - I see some obvious parallels with Wonder Woman's susceptibility to being tied down by men here, which I find interesting. Dislikes: - celestial nudity - electric mental tentacles when combined with so much nakedness - umm, I didn't need it to be that kind of show - lack of announcement for further series or movie In the end, I think the series was true to itself. It may not have been the show many wanted, but I'm happy with it added to the Macross library and can wait till the next volume.

    In the past I sprayed Tamiya lacquers outside in the backyard with a lite breeze and even then it was a bit overwhelming. I also had to let some paint I decanted breath for over an hour before I messed with it. Even this it was still fizzing.

    I just got back from Home Depot with 2 cans of Rust-oleum. Hope to get some 1/55's M&M- ified. I'm hoping to have one done in a month or so and will be using an airbrush for the first time so wish me luck.

    I saw another company selling Star Warts. Hmm do I want to be a Wnr or a Wart? The engrish is strong with Alibaba and the 40 Industrial Scale cloning factories.

    A bit of LEGO ® news. In the last year a new company out of China began cloning entire sets including the higher end UCS Millenium Falcon and Ghostbuster firehouse. The LEGO group just filed suit. http://brickset.com/article/23648/the-lego-group-takes-action-against-clone-brand-lepin I actually wasn't aware of this. Seems that there is slight quality difference, but I'm not sure of how the clutch differs between this knock-off bricks and say MegaBlok. It is interesting to me to see some of the various set they are jus straight out cloning. The boxes themselves are photoshopped versions of the originals, simply replacing Lepin where ever it once said LEGO, which in some places is comical, since there is no Lepin club a la the LEGO club. As a brick builder, this is interesting simply as a source for raw brick. Alibaba has many sets.

    I know it's a long shot, but as long as they are gonna mine some nostalgia, I'd love them to make a whole line of Mospeada mechs, especially Inbits.

    The amount of bleed through from real Tamiya tape versus house painting masking tape is like night/day. You still want to take your time applying it to make sure it is flush because every second spent applying it is at least a minute saved cleanup leaks.

    I remember when I watched that as kid. Even then I couldn't help thinking, how is Max gonna keep his Valk from syncing in the snow?! And then when he customized the spare parts into a set of skiis, awesome. Jenius.
