I'm sure everyone has different verdicts on the various PO websites, but for my future POs, I'd say: CDJ - slow but at least gets me the order and confirms by email, site never crashed Amiami - site crashed a few times, and I missed the short window, but I see a few others got theirs in HLJ - quick to accept orders, but no confirmation whatsoever, very annoying HobbySearch - forget it, the PO window must have lasted like 5 seconds NY - completely failed with website down all the time during this critical hour.

have you tried CDJ? I was able to get an order in at about 6:30 JPT

just checking since I forgot how HLJ's preorders work, they don't charge you until they are ready to ship right?

I have not bought from HLJ in the last couple years and won't be surprised if they cancel the two POs that I've placed. They suck in this regard, with no confirmation emails or order numbers after you submit.

finally got an order confirmation email from CDJ... even though their page is still loading from the final paypal screen. At least I can now see an order number from them.

and the page crashed after order summary, now I have to start again urgh. sorry for venting but super frustrating

agree - damn I was too busy putting in a duplicate order at HLJ and missed the Amiami window (and it was constantly down as well)

I swear I saw the DX chogokin YF-19 on NY moments ago showing up as "available" and priced at something like 55k yen, and now their server is dead again.

Same here - I won’t count them out just yet.

And it seems to coincide with the PO time for the Metal Build Strike gundam as well. The traffic is going to kill the websites from these two orders being released together.

I was tempted for a second (since its wallet massacre night), but I still can’t bring myself to getting the 31-J with that paint scheme. Going to stick with my 31A preorder with NY. Sigh. Thanks for sharing the link though.
