good to have you here Shizuka. Kindly post links for different sites if you can.
-
indeed... it'll be a miracle if it didn't crash at least once.
-
good luck, All! *hyperventilates*
-
my thoughts exactly. Just imagine, a DX VF-1D in 1/48 scale!!
-
If I can secure a copy from a reliable source, I'll be done for this round... expecting the GBP pack to come out eventually and also a TV VF-1S is another must-buy, so saving resources until these are announced.
-
thanks - I believe they're the only site with the listing at the moment. Others should follow in the next 10 mins or so...
-
I hope not but that's just me being cynical...
-
knowing Bandai's practices, I think there is a chance that they will do a GBP-1 set (with Grey visor!!), and possibly other minor tweaks so that the GBP only works with the Grey visor version...
-
Agree with what you said about N-Y. They also tend to be late on PO's... theirs opened a good hour and a half after the scheduled time. They do have the cheapest *base price*, but they don't offer some of the cheaper shipping options.
-
To me, Hobby Search is the one that sells out the quickest... I don't think I have ever gotten to a screen where the "pre-order" button was available. At T + 5 seconds, it's already sold out.
-
Yeah I wouldn't want to wait for NY and order just the one from them. It might be ok as a backup because you never know when the PO will be up on their site. And the infamous circle of death...
-
I am not seeing a few regular members who were around for the YF-19 PO... seems a little strange if this is going to be less popular than the DX YF-19.
-
I think it's too quiet here for it to be a 2am EDT opening. So yeah I'm going to be here for the next hour and a bit anyway. "WFH" tomorrow...
-
I think you're right. My amiami page is showing 03:00 ~ Japan time and I'm on the East coast.
-
same here. taking no chances with this one.
-
so is amiami the only site with a direct link available as of now? thanks.
-
Thanks yeah that's what i thought... 34 mins from now, or less, if history repeats itself with HLJ accepting orders 5 mins ahead of schedule like they did with the YF-19.
-
Same here. Just had a cup of coffee to stay fully awake for the PO madness LOL. I am guessing this will be even crazier than the DX YF-19 full weapon pack PO back in April...
-
Sorry but I'm confused... haven't been following the PO time closely enough but is it not 3pm Japan local time?? Isn't that 11pm Pacific Time (3 hours behind the East Coast)??
-
wow - congrats, lucky you! Unless you plan on getting duplicates, you can go to bed now...
-
I think I agree with Shizuka’s predictions. VF-31 parts MSRP were ~10k, and given the scale increase and the popularity of the VF-1, 10-15k yen for a super & strike parts set is possible (not that I am happy about spending so much on a parts set though).
-
Sorry you’re absolutely right - for some reason I was thinking of Arcadia’s GBP-1J release just then.
-
New wallet gif - yes please @no3Ljm Im thinking of the TV OP where the -1J charges through the city in Gerwalk mode -> transforms to battroid -> rolls -> guns down a regult/wallet around the corner...:D
-
Even though I think I’m going to stay up and order one next week, there are a few reasons I can think of that supports holding out on this one: - first release of this mold and scale from Bandai, refinements will come in later versions (like the HM-R battroid shoulder covers, ball jointed neck after VF-1A) - knowing Bandai, they will never do a GBP Armor only release. - curse of the first production run (eg minor under wing scratches in the VF-31A?)
-
The product announcement just came out of nowhere this time round... unlike the YF-19 DX, wasn’t that announced years before the PO date in April?
