Bandai should follow this with a MG of the Turn X!

I paint all my MG kits: 90% airbrush, 5% gundam markers, 5% good ol' paint brush. The latest fad in Japan is to not paint the kits and make it look like they are, or something like that. Read about it at Dannychoo's blog: No-paint technique I prefer to paint them 'cuz it lets me hide mistakes (within limits, of course) I might had made during build up.

Just got the 1/100 Akatsuki. Might not be a MG kit, but it's darn near close IMO. Also got the MG Zeta 3. Not much to say about it except that if you're skillful enough to paint the pink markings, save your money and just use a MG Zeta v2.

I can live with that. Although I was secretly hoping for a MG Stargazer...

What does yer crystal ball say about #100 maybe being Gundam X or Double-X?

So, is the Akatsuki a mastergrade or not?! Gunota lists it as just a 1/100 kit, but HobbySearch has it listed as an MG... Question is which one is right.

According to R10, the "special option" version of the MG SF includes the following: I'm assuming the "jet effects" are for the funnels, like on the HG Shiranui Akatsuki.

Hmm... what about running Windows inside of your Mac, and then using VLC viewer in there to look at the .mkv files? I don't own a Mac, but from what I know, you can run WinXP inside of the latest Mac O/S. Just a thought...

I like the show, although Renton is too much of a whinner at the beginning, which almost made me quit watching around episode 10. Now I'm really starting to hate Holland and his abusive behavior, not only towards Renton but towards just about everyone around him. He needs to die, the sooner the better.

At the risk of getting attacked with an Xacto knife... May I ask what problem(s) do you have using MKV files? So far, using VCL viewer (for Windoz XP) it works OK. The english subtitles need to be enabled manually everytime you open the file, but beyond that it works fine with MKV files.
