that scene is in the works but with a twist... a Pod downed in the water by them, along with another one over a field of long grass
-
Actually removed all the pins and using super thin cyano instead. It works fine as long as the hell spawn stays away. It'll be up high in the display case soon.

plastic sheet (coke bottle, vac formed packaging, A4 laminate sheet AFTER you feed it though the laminator to stiffen it) cut into a wave shape, heated and curved over into the curling wave, stuck on to the base and bilt up with 3D Artists Gloss Medium in multiple layers, which dried clear eventually, then dry brushed white.

SJW?
-
otherwise... its pretty accurate for what he would demand be built for him.
-
yeah... hes learnt to stack the chairs up to climb up on the bench, sweep iot clear of what hes not looking for in search of food... first thing to get swept off was the plane. We found it spread over the ground by the wall so quite a flight! Stood up well, luckily with mostly only the glue joints failing.

And... a giant step backwards.... And the demon spawn the disassembled the ES-11B...
-
Ohhh I got a GREAT photo to post up later of how my 2yr old son rewound the progress I made on one of the ES-11Bs...

Mine are Cemented and Supaglued together so on separation issues with the top torso body plate from the middle plate. Just keep the wings moving while it sets if you ever want them to move later on.
-
yeah.... and the second ones not far behind this one. Wings folded on the second one. There are some parts on this that drive you insane!
-
what you need is a green screen or a green kitchen...
-
I'll try it myself first to see how awkward it is or isnt. Wanting to put lights into the gerwalk engines so have a bit of drilling and hollowing to do. Want a Gerwalk with engines lit on the Ocean diorama bases I've been making.

Will dig up the details this weekend on the servo for you. Your wiring is correct. A+ is the audio signal in A- Is the Gnd for the Audio signal (just a 5V Gnd source) Vin is the 5V input Gnd is the 5V Gnd

Still my favourite video of all time!

I can draw a quick picture of how to wire it up and what resistor to use. And how to power it. Its all pretty easy
-
And make EXCELLENT bait and decoys for drawing off forces

Funny you should mention ditching... one did a day or two ago coming in to trap on the Kurnetsov. https://theaviationist.com/2016/11/14/russian-mig-29k-from-adm-kuznetsov-aircraft-carrier-has-crashed-in-mediterranean-sea/

2 LEDS and a connection point is all you need really. Source the LEDS from the N and Z scale rail geeks - They sell 1mm SMD ones like the one on the OP11 that are prewired and cost a few bucks for a bundle. http://www.ebay.com/itm/15-x-Pre-Wired-warm-white-0805-SMD-led-street-Lights-Pre-soldered-lamps-HO-N/151930417334?_trksid=p2047675.c100623.m-1&_trkparms=aid%3D222007%26algo%3DSIC.MBE%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D38530%26meid%3D34a379cf3d944718b659d2e6ba77dfbd%26pid%3D100623%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D6%26sd%3D151930687374

1/72 Hasegawa Capt Harlock series Yuki Kei pilot figure for the SW-190 Space Wolf Fighter. Could be a good starting point.
-
well... lessons learnt... check your packages you get from overseas before getting excited about building a model. The VF-4 was similar LOOKING to my other resin one but thats where the similarities ended! This ones made from a hollow grey vinyl resin. How the hell do you get the joints on THAT looking nice?? It doesnt like sanding and is flexible. Not cool.

Repptu 1/72 VF-4 time tonight in VFA-41 Black Aces CAG 2015 Colours I just need to sort out a plan for replacing the NG tail code of Pacific Fleet CVW-9 aboard the CVN-74 John C Stennis, as that never left atmosphere... Suggestions welcomed.
